Abstract
KONTROL OPTIMAL PADA DIΝΑΜΙΚΑ ΚORUPSI DENGAN KENDALI EDUKASI DAN SANKSI SOSIAL Nama Mahasiswa / NRP : Gabriella Meivinetta Wibawanti / 06111840000044 Departemen Matematika FSAD -ITS Dosen Pembimbing : Subchan, Ph.D Abstrak Jumlah kasus korupsi di Indonesia tergolong tinggi dan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Dinamika korupsi dapat dinyatakan dalam model matematika dan dapat dianalisis sifat-sifat sistem dari model tersebut. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, digunakan model dinamika korupsi Susceptible Corrupt Jailed Honest (SCIH) untuk memodelkan dinamika korupsi di masyarakat. Pada model ini diberikan dua variabel kontrol yaitu edukasi pencegahan korupsi di masyarakat dan hukuman sosial bagi koruptor. Masalah kontrol optimal tersebut diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin dan dilakukan simulasi numerik menggunakan metode Runge-Kutta. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan keefektifan kontrol dalam mengendalikan populasi individu yang terlibat korupsi sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah individu Corrupt dan Jailed dengan biaya testing yang minimum dalam rentang waktu 10 tahun. Kata kunci: Korupsi, Model Dinamik, Kontrol Optimal, Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin.

OPTIMAL CONTROL OF THE CORRUPTION DYNAMICS USING CONTROL EDUCATION AND SOCIAL PUNISHMENT Student Name / NRP : Gabriella Meivinetta Wibawanti / 06111840000044 Departement Mathematics FSDA ITS Supervisor : Subchan, Ph.D Abstract The number of corruption cases in Indonesia is considered high and continously increase every year. The dynamics of corruption can be expressed in a mathematical model and the system of the model can be analyzed. In this final project, the Susceptible Corrupt Jailed Honest (SCIH) corruption dynamics model is used to model the dynamics of corruption in society. In this model, two control variables are given, namely education on preventing corruption in the society and social punishment for corruptors. The optimal control problem was solved using the Pontryagin Minimum Principle method and numerical simulations were solved using the Runge-Kutta method. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the control in controlling the population of individuals involved in corruption so that it can reduce the number of individuals Corrupt and Jailed with minimum testing costs in a span of 10 years.
