Abstract
Abstrak Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan suatu jenis penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. WHO menyatakan bahwa 1/4 kematian di dunia disebabkan oleh tuberkulosis. Tahun 2020 angka prevalensi TB di Jawa Barat lebih besar dari prevalensi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik tuberkulosis di Provinsi Jawa Barat dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah kasus TB dengan menggunakan metode Geographically Weighted Generalized Poisson Regression (GWGPR). Metode tersebut dipilih karena data yang digunakan mengalami kasus overdispersi dan adanya perbedaan karakteristik di tiap kabupaten/kota yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap variabel respon. Jumlah penderita TB terbanyak di Jawa Barat adalah Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah 10.248 kasus dan terendah ada di Kota Banjar yakni 320 kasus. Model GPR memiliki nilai AICc yang lebih kecil daripada model PIGR, sehingga metode GPR paling sesuai untuk memodelkan jumlah kasus TB di kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat dibandingkan metode PIGR. Hasil pemodelan GWGPR diperoleh bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kasus tuberkulosis di tiap kecamatan berbeda-beda. Berdasarkan kesamaan variabel yang berpengaruh di tiap kecamatan didapatkan pengelompokkan sebanyak 3 kelompok. Pemodelan GWGPR menghasilkan bahwa variabel persentase merokok dalam sebulan, persentase rumah tangga dengan sanitasi layak, dan persentase penduduk miskin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah kasus TB di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Terdapat satu variabel yang tidak signifikan yaitu persentase rumah tangga ber-PHBS.

Abstract Tuberculosis (TB) is a type of infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. WHO states that 1/4 of the deaths in the world are caused by tuberculosis. In 2020 the TB prevalence rate in West Java is greater than the national prevalence. This study aims to determine the characteristics of tuberculosis in West Java Province and the factors that influence the number of TB cases using the Geographically Weighted Generalized Poisson Regression (GWGPR) method. This method was chosen because the data used experienced cases of overdispersion and there were differences in characteristics in each district/city which were thought to have an effect on the response variable. The highest number of TB sufferers in West Java is Bogor Regency with 10,248 cases and the lowest is in Banjar City with 320 cases. The GPR model has a smaller AICc value than the PIGR model, so the GPR method is the most suitable for modeling the number of TB cases in districts/cities in West Java compared to the PIGR method. The results of the GWGPR modeling show that the variables that affect the number of tuberculosis cases in each sub-district are different. Based on the similarity of influential variables in each sub-district, 3 groups were found. GWGPR modeling results that the percentage of smoking in a month, the percentage of households with proper sanitation, and the percentage of poor people have a significant effect on the number of TB cases in West Java Province. There is one variable that is not significant, namely the percentage of households that behave in a clean and healthy life.
