Abstract

Deterjen merupakan produk pembersih pakaian yang paling banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak perusahaan yang tertarik untuk memperebutkan pasar deterjen yang merupakan produk kebutuhan primer yang mutlak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, persaingan antar perusahaan industri deterjen sangat diperebutkan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar. Salah satu perusahaan industri deterjen di Indonesia dengan merk “Swadz” ialah PT Karya Dharma Swaha. Salah satu produk deterjen yang dijual oleh PT Karya Dharma Swaha adalah deterjen alkali. Penjualan produk deterjen alkali merk “Swadz” di PT Karya Dharma Swaha selama tiga tahun terakhir penjualan mengalami fluktuasi naik turun disebabkan oleh kurangnya strategi dalam perencanaan produksi dan penjualan produk yang dilakukan dan juga adanya dampak pandemi covid-19. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisis peramalan penjualan produk deterjen yang dapat memberikan manfaat dan informasi dalam mengambil suatu keputusan dalam perencanaan produksi dan strategi penjualan di masa yang akan datang. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan peramalan volume penjualan deterjen alkali periode mingguan di tahun 2019-2021 dengan metode ARIMA dengan deteksi outlier. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, pada model dugaan ARIMA asumsi normalitas tidak terpenuhi. Hal ini mengindikasikan terdapat outlier pada data sehingga outlier dimasukkan ke dalam model, dan didapatkan model ARIMA([2],0,1) outlier. Model ARIMA([2],0,1) outlier merupakan model terbaik karena telah memenuhi semua asumsi residual yang dibutuhkan, dan memiliki nilai MAPE yang <10%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, volume penjualan deterjen alkali selama 7 minggu kedepan akan mengalami penurunan di setiap minggunya.

Detergent is the most widely used clothing cleaning product in Indonesia. Many companies are interested in competing for the detergent market which is a primary product that is absolutely needed by the community. Therefore, competition between companies in the detergent industry is highly contested to get big profits. One of the detergent industry companies in Indonesia with the brand "SWADZ" is PT Karya Dharma Swaha. One of the detergent products sold by PT Karya Dharma Swaha is alkaline detergent. Sales of alkaline detergent products with the "SWADZ" brand at PT Karya Dharma Swaha for the last three years have fluctuated up and down due to a lack of strategy in planning the production and sales of the product as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the sales forecasting of detergent products that can provide benefits and information in making decisions in production planning and sales strategies in the future. In this study, the sales volume of alkaline detergent for the weekly period in 2019-2021 will be forecasted using the ARIMA method with outlier detection. Based on the analysis conducted, the ARIMA conjecture model assumes normality is not met. This indicates that there are outliers in the data so that outliers are included in the model, and the ARIMA([2],0,1) outlier model is obtained. The outlier ARIMA([2],0,1) model is the best model because it has fulfilled all the required residual assumptions, and has a MAPE value of <10%. Based on the results of the study, the sales volume of alkaline detergent for the next 7 weeks will decrease every week.
