Abstract
PT. Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) adalah anak perusahaan Hulu PT. Pertamina (Persero) bergerak dalam kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi dengan wilayah kerja pertambangan di Blok Cepu. PT. Pertamina EP Cepu sedang membangun proyek baru yaitu proyek gas Jambaran-Tiung Biru. Pada proyek gas JTB terdapat 2 unit Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) 13,7 MW dan 1 unit GTG 13,7 MW dalam kondisi standby, serta 2 unit Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG). Listrik merupakan bagian utama yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam berjalannya sebuah industri. Untuk mendapatkan sistem kelistrikan yang handal dibutuhkan pengaturan parameter proteksi yang tepat. Oleh sebab itu diusulkan topik tugas akhir ini yaitu studi proteksi yang difokuskan pada Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) 13,7 MW sebagai suplai listrik utama di Proyek Gas Jambaran-Tiung Biru PT. Pertamina EP Cepu untuk mengetahui pengaturan rele proteksi yang tepat. Tujuannya adalah untuk melindungi GTG dari gangguan internal agar tidak terjadi potensi blackout atau kerusakan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian produksi yang lebih besar.

PT. Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) is an upstream subsidiary of PT. Pertamina (Persero) is engaged in upstream oil and gas business activities with a mining working area in the Cepu Block. PT. Pertamina EP Cepu is building a new project, namely the Jambaran-Tiung Biru gas project. In the JTB gas project there are 2 units of Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) of 13.7 MW and 1 unit of GTG of 13.7 MW in standby condition, as well as 2 units of Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG). Electricity is a major part that has a very important role in the running of an industry. To get a reliable electrical system, it is necessary to set the right protection parameters. Therefore, the proposed topic of this final project is a protection study focused on the 13.7 MW Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) as the main electricity supply in the Jambaran-Tiung Biru Gas Project PT. Pertamina EP Cepu to find out the right protection relay settings. The goal is to protect GTG from internal disturbances so that there is no potential blackout or damage that can result in greater production losses.
