Abstract
Sistem distribusi tenaga listrik semakin berkembang yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya permintaan energi listrik. Terlebih lagi, keberadaan pembangkit listrik dengan sumber terbarukan semakin berkembang dan meluas. Pada kenyataannya, nilai beban dan pembangkitan sumber energi terbarukan selalu berubah. Semakin meningkatnya permintaan energi listrik rugi daya dan penurunan tegangan. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan melakukan rekonfigurasi dinamis yang memperhatikan energi terbarukan dan dinamika perubahan beban. Rekonfigurasi dinamis dilakukan pada sistem distribusi radial 20 kV ULP Teluk Betung kota Bandar Lampung dengan metode Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BPSO) untuk mengurangi rugi daya dan meningkatkan nilai tegangan pada sistem distribusi. Metode Newton-Raphson digunakan sebagai metode aliran daya pada studi rekonfigurasi dinamis ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pada kondisi 1, tegangan rata-rata dan minimum sistem dalam 24 jam adalah 0.98959 p.u dan 0.95851 p.u serta reduksi daya aktif dan reaktif sebesar 24.169% dan 24.068%. Pada kondisi 2, tegangan rata-rata dan minimum sistem dalam 24 jam adalah 0.98959 p.u dengan tegangan minimum sebesar 0.95851 p.u, reduksi daya aktif dan reaktif sebesar 24.077% dan 23.976%. Pada kondisi 3, tegangan rata-rata dan minimum sistem dalam 24 jam adalah 0.98958 p.u dan 0.95851 p.u, reduksi daya aktif dan reaktif sebesar 24.296% dan 24.210%. Pada kondisi 4, tegangan rata-rata dan minimum sistem dalam 24 jam adalah 0.98947 p.u dan 95444 p.u, reduksi daya aktif dan reaktif sebesar 47.001% dan 46.866%. Rekonfigurasi dinamis dengan metode BPSO mampu meningkatkan nilai tegangan dan menurunkan rugi daya.

The electric power distribution system is growing, which is marked by the increasing demand for electrical energy. Moreover, power plants with renewable sources in the distribution network is also growing and expanding. In fact, the load and generation of renewable energy sources is constantly changing. The increasing demand for electrical energy causes power losses and voltage drops. This problem can be solved by performing a dynamic reconfiguration that takes into account renewable energy generations and the dynamics of load changes. Dynamic reconfiguration was carried out on the 20 kV radial distribution network of ULP Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung with the Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BPSO) method to reduce power losses and increase the voltage profile. The Newton-Raphson method is used as the power flow method in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, in condition 1, the average and minimum voltage of the system in 24 hours is 0.98959 p.u and 0.95851 p.u and the reduction of active and reactive power is 24.169% and 24.068%, respectively. In condition 2, the average and minimum voltage of the system in 24 hours is 0.98959 p.u and 0.95851 p.u, the reduction of active and reactive power is 24.077% and 23.976%, respectively. In condition 3, the average and minimum system voltages in 24 hours are 0.98958 p.u and 0.95851 p.u, the reduction of active and reactive power is 24.296% and 24.210%, respectively. In condition 4, the average and minimum system voltages in 24 hours are 0.98947 p.u and 95444 p.u, the reduction of active and reactive power is 47.001% and 46.866%, respectively. Dynamic reconfiguration with BPSO method is able to increase the voltage value and reduce power loss.
