Abstract

Koordinasi proteksi sangat dibutuhkan dalam suatu sistem, dimana koordinasi proteksi sendiri berfungsi sebagai verifikator semua peralatan proteksi pada sistem seperti rele, sekring, dan sebagainya, telah dikoordinasikan dengan benar dengan ukuran yang sesuai untuk peralatan yang dilindungi pada suatu sistem maupun instansi yang ada. Oleh karena itu, dengan menganalisa studi hubung singkat yang ada di PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang III-B tersebut maka pemaksimalan koordinasi dari peralatan yang ada akan lebih maksimal. Dengan menggunakan metode numerikal yang juga merupakan teknik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang diformulasikan secara matematik sehingga membantu analisa koordinas proteksi yang dibutuhkan, dengan Koordinasi yang tepat dapat membantu mengurangi kerusakan pada peralatan listrik dan melindungi pekerja dari bahaya, sehingga perlu dilakukan koordinasi proteksi dengan menggunakan metode numerikal di Pabrik Baru PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang III-B.

Protection coordination is needed in a system, where the protection coordination itself functions as a verifier that all protection equipment in the system such as relays, fuses, and so on, has been properly coordinated with the appropriate size for the protected equipment in an existing system or agency. Therefore, by analyzing the short circuit study at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang III-B will maximize the coordination of existing equipment. By using a numerical method which is also a technique to solve problems that are formulated mathematically so as to assist the analysis of the required protection coordinates, with proper coordination it can help reduce damage to electrical equipment and protect workers from harm, so it is necessary to coordinate protection using this method. numerical in the New Factory of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang III-B.
