Abstract
Energi listrik berkaitan penting dengan kualitas suplai daya listrik (power quality) bagi pengelola dan pengguna energi listrik. Penggunaan peralatan elektronik seperti computer, peralatan berbasis power electronic, microcontroller dan peralatan sensitif lainnya dapat memunculkan kekhawatiran yang besar terhadap kemungkinan gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan yang digunakan Gangguan-gangguan kelistrikan yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas daya sistem kelistrikan, salah satunya adalah voltage dip. Voltage dip merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab berkurangnya kualitas daya listrik yang terjadi dalam waktu singkat. Gangguan ini termasuk sulit dihindari karena saat terjadinya gangguan tidak dapat diketahui dengan pasti. Kerugian yang timbul akibat gangguan tersebut realtif cukup besar, diantaranya berupa kerusakan produk, kerusakan alat-alat produksi, bahkan terhentinya proses produksi yang berujung pada pembuangan bahan-bahan setengah jadi. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas analisis Voltage Dip untuk wilayah industri. yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Analisis Voltage Dip dipengaruhi oleh gangguan hubung singkat single phase to ground, 2 phase to ground, 3 Phase to Ground pada sistem Transmisi 500 kV, 150kV, dan 70 kV. Nilai kedip tegangan ditinjau menggunakan standar SEMIF47, agar nilai tegangan yang terjadi akibat kedip tegangan tidak merusak peralatan lebih jauh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kedip tegangan pada wilayah Jawa Timur, kedip tegangan yang terjadi pada bus-bus yang jauh dari titik gangguan akan lebih kecil daripada bus-bus yang dekat dengan gangguan. Nilai kedip paling besar diakibatkan oleh hubung singkat 3 Phase to Ground dengan nillai 32%, 33%, 33%, pada bus Hanil Jaya Steel, bus Ispat Indo, dan bus Jatim Taman Steel.

Electrical energy is closely related to the quality of electric power supply (power quality) for managers and users of electrical energy. The use of electronic equipment such as computers, power electronic-based equipment, microcontrollers and other sensitive equipment can raise great concerns about the possibility of interference with the electrical system used. Electrical disturbances that can affect the power quality of the electrical system, one of which is the voltage dip. Voltage dip is one of the factors causing the reduced quality of electrical power that occurs in a short time. This disorder includes difficult to avoid because the time of the disturbance cannot be known with certainty. The losses arising from these disturbances are relatively large, including product damage, damage to production equipment, and even the cessation of the production process which leads to the disposal of semi-finished materials. In this study, we will discuss Voltage Dip analysis for industrial areas. which is located in East Java Province. Voltage Dip analysis is influenced by single phase to ground, 2 phase to ground, 3 Phase to Ground s in 500 kV, 150 kV, and 70 kV transmission systems. The value of voltage sag is reviewed using the SEMIF47 standard, so that the voltage value that occurs due to voltage sag does not damage the equipment further. Based on the results of the analysis of voltage sag in the East Java region, the voltage sag that occurs in buses that are far from the fault point will be smaller than those that are close to the fault. The greatest blinking value was caused by a short circuit of 3 Phase to Ground s with values of 32%, 33%, 33%, on Bus Hanil Jaya Steel, Bus Ispat Indo, and Bus Jatim Taman Steel.
