Abstract

PT Electronic City Indonesia (Electronic City) adalah salah satu perusahaan ritel elektronik terkemuka di Indonesia, yang mengoperasikan puluhan toko aktif di berbagai kota besar di seluruh negeri. Sebagai perusahaan berskala besar, pengelolaan data penjualan harian yang akurat dan efisien sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang efektif. Namun, sebelum magang ini, proses pelaporan dan analisis data sepenuhnya bergantung pada file Microsoft Excel yang diperbarui secara manual, membutuhkan waktu dan upaya yang cukup besar untuk dikonversi menjadi presentasi PowerPoint setiap kali rapat atau evaluasi dijadwalkan. Magang ini dilakukan di Kantor Pusat PT Electronic City Indonesia, yang terletak di kawasan SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) Jakarta Selatan. Selama tiga bulan, saya ditugaskan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Dashboard Pemasaran interaktif menggunakan Microsoft Power BI, yang terintegrasi langsung dengan Database SQL Server perusahaan, memungkinkan data ditampilkan secara real-time dan diperbarui secara otomatis setiap hari. Dasbor yang dikembangkan memiliki empat belas halaman visualisasi yang mencakup berbagai analisis penjualan, termasuk perbandingan penjualan harian dan bulanan terhadap target (MTD vs. MTD Tahun Lalu), peringkat kinerja toko, pemantauan risiko pencapaian target, kalkulator proyeksi akhir bulan PACE, analisis artikel teratas dan item terlaris, pemantauan ketersediaan stok, dan berbagai Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPI). Selain versi desktop, versi seluler dasbor yang berfungsi penuh juga dikembangkan dari awal, dengan tata letak yang dioptimalkan untuk digunakan pada perangkat genggam. Dasbor dirancang menggunakan skema warna perusahaan Electronic City, menampilkan antarmuka biru tua dan hitam modern. Hasil proyek magang ini menerima respons yang sangat positif dari manajemen perusahaan, khususnya dari Manajer Proyek TI dan hampir semua kepala pemasaran regional yang hadir pada sesi presentasi formal. Dasbor tersebut dievaluasi sebagai kebutuhan yang sangat mendesak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan analitis perusahaan, dan implementasi penuhnya dalam lingkungan operasional Electronic City sangat dipertimbangkan.

PT Electronic City Indonesia (Electronic City) is one of Indonesia's leading electronics retail companies, operating dozens of active stores across major cities nationwide. As a company of significant scale, the accurate and efficient management of daily sales data is critical to effective business decision making. However, prior to this internship, the report and data analysis process was entirely dependent on Microsoft Excel files that were updated manually, requiring considerable time and effort to convert into PowerPoint presentations whenever meetings or evaluations were scheduled. This internship was conducted at the Headquarters of PT Electronic City Indonesia, located in the SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) area of South Jakarta. Over the course of three months, I was assigned to design and develop an interactive Marketing Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI, integrated directly with the company's SQL Server Database, enabling data to be displayed in real-time and updated automatically on a daily basis. The developed dashboard got fourteen visualization pages covering a wide range of sales analytics, including daily and monthly sales comparisons against targets (MTD vs.MTD Last Year), store performance rankings, target achievement risk monitoring, a PACE end of month projection calculator, top article and best-selling item analysis, stock availability monitoring, and various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In addition to the desktop version, a fully functional mobile version of the dashboard was also developed from scratch, with a layout optimized for use on handheld devices. The dashboard was designed using the Electronic City corporate color scheme, featuring a modern dark blue and black interface. The results of this internship project received an overwhelmingly positive response from company management, particularly from the IT Project Manager and almost all of the regional marketing heads present at the formal presentation session. The dashboard was evaluated as surprisingly urgently needed in meeting the company's analytical needs, and its full implementation within Electronic City's operational environment was strongly
