Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia Logistik (SILOG) menghadapi kendala operasional berupa data yang terpisah, ketiadaan pelacakan real-time, retur yang tidak tercatat, dan komunikasi di luar sistem. Untuk mengatasinya, kerja praktik ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan modul Customer Portal (sistem CargoInd) dengan lima fitur: penitipan barang, pelacakan real-time, konfirmasi penerimaan, manajemen retur, dan komunikasi terintegrasi. Pengembangan menggunakan Clean Architecture dan CQRS dengan stack Go (Gin), Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO, dan GraphHopper, serta di-deploy via Docker dan GitHub Actions. Hasilnya, portal ini berhasil memusatkan interaksi pelanggan, meningkatkan transparansi, serta menjamin keamanan dan resiliensi data logistik.

PT Semen Indonesia Logistik (SILOG) faces operational challenges such as siloed data, a lack of real-time tracking, unrecorded returns, and communication outside the system. To address these issues, this internship project designed and implemented a Customer Portal module (the CargoInd system) with five features: shipment drop-off, real-time tracking, delivery confirmation, returns management, and integrated communication. Development utilized Clean Architecture and CQRS with a stack consisting of Go (Gin), Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO, and GraphHopper, and was deployed via Docker and GitHub Actions. As a result, the portal successfully centralized customer interactions, improved transparency, and ensured the security and resilience of logistics data.
