Abstract
PT Intikom Berlian Mustika merupakan perusahaan penyedia solusi IT yang berfokus pada peningkatan daya saing industri melalui transformasi digital. Dalam operasionalnya, Dealer Management System (DMS) menjadi instrument untuk mengelola aktivitas operasional dealer secara menyeluruh, mulai dari penjualan, purnajual, hingga administrasi keuangan. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pembaharuan (revamp) pada sistem DMS guna meningkatkan fleksibilitas, maintainability, dan integritas data agar tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan bisnis saat ini. Fokus utama dari kegiatan ini adalah mengimplementasikan alur kerja backend yang selaras dengan sistem sebelumnya serta mengembangkan antarmuka pengguna yang modern dan responsif. Metodologi pengembangan sistem diawali dengan perumusan masalah melalui analisis kebutuhan data dan sistem lama, diikuti dengan perancangan arsitektur sistem berbasis client-server. Pada sisi backend, pengembangan logika bisnis ditekankan pada standarisasi JSON Response untuk memastikan konsistensi API. Pada sisi frontend, antarmuka pengguna dibangun menggunakan kerangka kerja Blazor WebAssembly (.NET) dengan bahasa pemrograman C#. Pengujian dilakukan secara internal bersama tim Business Analyst (BA) untuk memvalidasi fungsionalitas fitur list, create, dan update berbasis primary key. Hasil dari kerja praktik ini adalah modul sistem DMS yang telah diperbaharui dengan arsitektur yang lebih terstruktur dan modular. Implementasi teknologi .NET dan Blazor terbukti memberikan sinkronisasi data yang lebih efisien antara frontend dan backend melalui penggunaan model bersama (Shared Project). Sistem baru ini tidak hanya mampu memproses data sesuai dengan output sistem sebelumnya, tetapi juga meningkatkan efektivitas operasional melalui validasi data yang lebih ketat dan kemudahan pemeliharaan kode. Diharapkan pembaharuan ini dapat mendukung PT Intikom Berlian Mustika dalam menyediakan solusi DMS yang lebih efisien dan adaptif bagi para klien.

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika is an information technology (IT) solutions provider that focuses on enhancing industrial competitiveness through digital transformation. In its operations, the Dealer Management System (DMS) serves as a key platform for managing dealer operational activities comprehensively, including sales, after-sales services, and financial administration. This internship aimed to revamp the DMS to improve its flexibility, maintainability, and data integrity, ensuring that the system remains aligned with current business requirements. The primary focus of this project was to implement a backend workflow that is compatible with the existing system while developing a modern and responsive user interface. The system development methodology began with problem identification through an analysis of business requirements, existing data, and the legacy system, followed by the design of a client-server-based system architecture. On the backend side, business logic development emphasized the standardization of JSON responses to ensure API consistency. On the frontend side, the user interface was developed using the Blazor WebAssembly framework on the .NET platform with the C# programming language. Functional testing was conducted internally in collaboration with the Business Analyst (BA) team to validate the list, create, and update features based on primary keys. The outcome of this internship is a revamped DMS module with a more structured and modular architecture. The implementation of .NET and Blazor technologies proved to provide more efficient data synchronization between the frontend and backend through the use of a Shared Project. The new system is capable of processing data while maintaining compatibility with the output of the previous system, as well as improving operational efficiency through stricter data validation and easier code maintenance. It is expected that this revamp will support PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in delivering a more efficient and adaptable Dealer Management System for its clients.
