Abstract

Pengelolaan data klinik secara manual rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan dan sulitnya pemantauan secara real-time. Pada Kerja Praktik ini, telah dirancang dan diimplementasikan sebuah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik berbasis web menggunakan Next.js dan TypeScript, dengan PostgreSQL sebagai basis data dan Prisma ORM sebagai lapisan abstraksinya. Autentikasi menggunakan NextAuth.js dengan strategi JWT dan dilengkapi Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) untuk tiga peran pengguna: admin, dokter, dan perawat. Fitur utama sistem meliputi manajemen pegawai dan tenaga medis, rekam medis, manajemen obat, presensi berbasis QR code, kwitansi pembayaran, dan notifikasi. Data presensi dapat diekspor ke format Excel, serta antarmuka dibangun menggunakan TailwindCSS dan shadcn/ui. Hasil akhirnya adalah aplikasi web full-stack dalam satu codebase yang berhasil mengotomatisasi proses operasional klinik dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data.

Manual clinical data management is prone to recording errors and makes real-time monitoring difficult. In this internship project, a web-based Clinical Management Information System was designed and implemented using Next.js and TypeScript, with PostgreSQL as the database and Prisma ORM as the abstraction layer. Authentication uses NextAuth.js with a JWT strategy and is equipped with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for three user roles: admin, doctor, and nurse. The system’s key features include staff and medical personnel management, medical records, medication management, QR code-based attendance tracking, payment receipts, and notifications. Attendance data can be exported to Excel, and the interface was built using TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui.The end result is a full-stack web application in a single codebase that successfully automates the clinic’s operational processes and improves data management efficiency.
