Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong hadirnya berbagai platform digital yang mendukung layanan kesehatan mental. Salah satu platform tersebut adalah HaloBestie, aplikasi yang menyediakan layanan konseling sebaya dan dukungan emosional secara anonim. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan pengguna dan kebutuhan pengembangan sistem, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi baik dari sisi teknis maupun pengalaman pengguna. Kerja praktik ini dilaksanakan di PT Aksara Sahabat Cakrawala dengan tujuan mendukung pengembangan aplikasi HaloBestie melalui analisis kebutuhan, evaluasi pengalaman pengguna, serta implementasi perbaikan sistem. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, studi literatur, diskusi dengan tim pengembang, analisis kebutuhan, implementasi sistem, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan mencakup analisis permasalahan aplikasi, penyusunan rekomendasi perbaikan, serta pengembangan dan penyempurnaan beberapa aspek sistem untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Hasil kerja praktik menunjukkan bahwa proses evaluasi berhasil mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan pada aspek antarmuka pengguna, navigasi, performa aplikasi, dan pengalaman pengguna. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi berbagai solusi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna serta mendukung pengembangan aplikasi secara berkelanjutan. Kerja praktik ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas aplikasi HaloBestie sekaligus memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak di lingkungan industri.

Information technology has encouraged the development of various digital platforms that support mental health services. One of these platforms is HaloBestie, an application that provides anonymous peer counseling and emotional support. As the number of users and system development needs continue to grow, improving the application's technical quality and user experience has become increasingly important. This internship was conducted at PT Aksara Sahabat Cakrawala with the objective of supporting the development of the HaloBestie application through requirements analysis, user experience evaluation, and system improvement implementation. The methods employed in this internship included observation, literature review, discussions with the development team, requirements analysis, system implementation, testing, and evaluation. The activities involved identifying application issues, formulating improvement recommendations, and enhancing several aspects of the system to improve service quality. The results showed that the evaluation process successfully identified various issues related to the user interface, navigation, application performance, and overall user experience. Based on these findings, several improvement solutions were designed and implemented to enhance user comfort and support the sustainable development of the application. This internship contributed to improving the quality of the HaloBestie application while providing practical experience in software development within an industrial environment.
