Abstract

Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 106 Tahun 2017 Tentang Kawasan Sains dan Teknologi bahwa Kawasan Sains dan Teknologi (KST) adalah wahana yang dikelola secara profesional untuk mengembangkan dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi secara berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan, penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta penumbuhan perusahaan pemula berbasis teknologi. Program Pendampingan Riset Inovasi yang dimiliki oleh Direktorat Inovasi dan Kawasan Sains Teknologi (DIKST) ITS sebagai wadah pengelolaan terhadap penyelenggaraan program pendanaan untuk riset, pengadaan barang dan jasa, memantau serta evaluasi riset di lingkungan civitas akademik ITS. Untuk mendukung program tersebut dengan visi jangka panjang keberhasilan sebuah riset inovasi perlu dilakukan juga analisis terhadap aspek dampak yang ditimbulkan, bagaimana implementasi serta pengaruh dari riset yang dikelola oleh DIKST ITS pada beberapa kategori termasuk akademis dan masyarakat. Menggunakan metode Payback Framework untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan riset yang dikelola oleh DIKST ITS, dengan menggunakan konsep Business Intelligence dalam merencanakan sebuah sistem informasi untuk visualisasi data. Validasi menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian meliputi indikator dampak riset berdasarkan Maturitas KST, serta pemetaan riset pada beberapa riset yang dikelola pada DIKST ITS, perencanaan Business Intelligence untuk visualisasi data.

Based on the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 106 of 2017 concerning Science and Technology Areas, the Science and Technology Area (KST) is a professionally managed vehicle to develop and encourage sustainable economic growth through the development and application of science and technology and the growth of technology-based startup companies. The Innovation Research Assistance Program is owned by the Directorate of Innovation and Science Technology Area (DIKST) ITS as a forum for managing funding programs for research, procurement of goods and services, monitoring and evaluating research in the ITS academic community. To support the program with a long-term vision of the success of innovation research, it is also necessary to analyze the impact aspects of how to implement and influence the research managed by DIKST ITS in several categories, including academic and society. Using the Payback Framework method to identify and map research managed by DIKST ITS, using the concept of business intelligence in planning an information system for data visualization validation using triangulation of data sources. The research results include research impact indicators based on KST Maturity as well as research mapping on several research projects managed at ITS DIKST, Business Intelligence planning for data visualization.
