Abstract
Penulisan laporan proyek akhir ini meninjau bangunan utama rumah sakit di Surabaya yang merupakan bangunan beton bertulang dengan 8 lantai dan 1 basement. Perencanaan awal bangunan menggunakan SRPMK dengan pembebanan gempa sesuai SNI 1726-2012 dan desain struktur sesuai SNI 2847-2019. Berdasarkan data hasil Standard Penetration Test (SPT), bangunan ini didirikan di atas tanah dengan klasifikasi tanah lunak (kelas situs SE) dan berdasarkan fungsinya termasuk kedalam kategori resiko IV. Sehingga, bangunan ini termasuk kedalam kategori desain seismik (KDS) D, dimana memiliki alternatif perencanaan struktur salah satunya menggunakan kombinasi SRPMK dan dinding geser. Perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat membandingkan anatara SRPMK dan dual system yang memiliki kinerja bangunan lebih baik dan dapat menghasilkan desain bangunan yang optimal dengan membandingkan kebutuhan volume dan biaya material struktur gedung eksisting dan alternatif. Perencanaan alternatif desain struktur ini dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan data eksisting dan literatur pendukung serta melakukan tiga tahapan analisis. Tahap pertama dilakukan analisis permodelan kinerja struktur bangunan terhadap SNI 1726-2012. Tahap kedua dilakukan analisis permodelan kinerja bangunan stuktur eksisting terhadap SNI 1726- 2019. Tahap ketiga dilakukan preliminary, analisis permodelan struktur, dan perhitungan penulangan untuk bangunan alternatif desain struktur. Tahap ketiga dicoba tiga kombinasi alternatif desain dan dipilih satu kombinasi yang memiliki kinerja struktur paling optimal. Berdasarkan hasil kontrol permodelan struktur eksisting, didapatkan hasil simpangan antar lantai bangunan eksisting tidak memenuhi simpangan izin yang disyaratkan. Setelah dilakukan analisis tahap tiga didapatkan hasil simpangan antar lantai alternatif desain struktur kombinasi ketiga dengan kolom utama 70 x 70 cm2 dan tebal dinding geser 30 cm yang paling optimal. Hasil dari kombinasi ini telah memenuhi persyaratan simpangan izin dan dapat mereduksi simpangan terhadap analisis tahap satu dan dua secara berturut-turut sebesar sebesar 22,28% dan 40,36% pada arah X serta 18,91% dan 37,79% pada arah Y. Hasil perhitungan volume biaya dari keseluruhan bangunan didapatkan alternatif desain struktur 1,26% lebih murah dari bangunan eksisting.

Main Building of a Hospital at Surabaya being reviewed as an object for this final project report. This building which the main structure is reinforced concrete that has 8 floors and 1 basement. This building originally designed with special moment resisting frames (SRMFs) by SNI 1726-2012 as earthquake regulation and SNI 2847-2019 as concrete designed regulation. As the result of Standard Penetration Test (SPT), this building categorized in soft soil and as its function it is categorized in IV risk. So that, this building categorized as D seismic designed which can designed with combine special moment resisting frame and shearwall as one of alternative plan design structure. This alternative plan design is supposed to compare between SRMFs and dual system, which system will give best result in structure behavior and optimal material volume requiry. This alternative plan structure design starts with collecting existing building information datas and doing 3 steps analizing. First step is modelling existing buiding structure and controlled by SNI 1726-2012. Second steps is modelling existing structure and controlled by SNI 1726-2019. And the last steps is preliminary and modelling alternative design structure then calculate reinforcement required. In this step will be try 3 alternatives design combination and will choose 1 alternative which has optimal structure behavior. Based on the result, displacement between the floors of the existing building did not qualify permited displacement. After the third steps of the analysis, used combination main coloumn dimension 70x70 cm2 with shearwall thickness 30 cm, were able to reduce the deviation of the first and second steps of analysis by 22.28% and 40.36% in the X direction also 18.91% and 37.79% in the Y direction. The results of the reinforcement volume and cost showed the alternative building structure design are 1.26% cheaper than the existing building.
