Abstract
Perkembangan ekonomi dan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan, hal ini tidak lain karena perhatian serius yang diberikan pemerintah lewat dipercepatnya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan sehingga berdampak pada meningkatnya perekonomian (Ruslan, 2021). Akan tetapi dibeberapa daerah seperti Jawa Timur masih ada kesenjangan perekonomian antara daerah utara dengan daerah selatan yang salah satu faktornya yaitu kurang diperhatikannya sarana penghubung antar wilayah di daerah selatan, sehingga cenderung tertinggal jika dibanding dengan daerah utara, padahal jika ditinjau dari segi pariwisata daerah selatan sangat bisa diandalkan karena memiliki pantai-pantai indah yang dengan mudah dapat ditemui dan juga ditunjang dengan medan alam yang asri dikarenakan medan perbukitan atau pegunungan, tentu ini sebuah potensi yang bisa mendongkrak perekonomian di wilayah tersebut, di medan seperti ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam merencanakan geometrik jalan yang aman dan nyaman bagi pengendara yang melaluinya, oleh karena itu perencanaan juga dibantu dengan software AutoCAD Civil 3D. Untuk merencanakan geometrik jalan penulis mengacu pada Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan No. 13/P/BM/2021 dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota No. 038/TBM/1997. Pada perencanaan perkerasan lentur menggunakan Pedoman Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan No. 04/SE/Db/2017. Perencanaan drainase mengacu pada peraturan Pd-T-2-2006-B, perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya menggunakan Standar Satuan Harga Dasar Konstruksi dan Analisis Harga Satuan pekerjaan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Blitar tahun 2021. Dari hasil perancangan jalan rencana ini didapatkan jumlah lengkung horizontal sebanyak 17 dan lengkung vertikal sebanyak 32. Tebal perkerasan lentur didapatkan tebal AC WC sebesar 40 mm, AC binder 60 mm, AC Base 75 mm, CTB 150 mm, dan 150 mm LPA. Drainase direncnakan berbentuk trapesium berbahan beton dengan 3 ukuran berbeda pada saluran samping begitupun 3 ukuran berbeda untuk gorong- gorong, total biaya desain rencana mencapai Rp. 247.988.777.000,00 (Dua Ratus Empat Puluh Tujuh Miliar Sembilan Ratus Delapan Puluh Delapan Juta Tujuh Ratus Tujuh Puluh Tujuh Ribu Rupiah).

Economic development and infrastructure development in Indonesia have increased from year to year, this is none other than the serious attention given by the government through the acceleration of road infrastructure development so that it has an impact on increasing the economy (Ruslan, 2021). However, in some areas, such as East Java, there is still an economic gap between the northern and southern regions, one of the factors is the lack of attention to connecting facilities between regions in the south, so they tend to lag behind when compared to the northern regions, even though in terms of tourism, the south is very reliable because it has beautiful beaches that can easily be found and also supported by beautiful natural terrain due to hilly or mountainous terrain, of course this is a potential that can boost the economy in the region, in terrain like this it becomes a challenge in planning road geometrics which is safe and comfortable for motorists who pass through it, therefore planning is also assisted with software AutoCAD Civil 3D. To plan the road geometric, the author refers to the Road Geometric Design Guidelines No. 13/P/BM/2021 and Geometric Planning Procedures for Inter-City Roads No. 038/TBM/1997. In planning flexible pavement using Road Pavement Design Manual Guidelines No. 04/SE/Db/2017. Drainage planning refers to the Pd-T-2-2006-B regulation, the calculation of the budget plan uses the Basic Construction Unit Price Standard and the Work Unit Price Analysis of the Blitar Regency Public Works Office in 2021. From the results of the design of this road plan, the number of horizontal curves is 17 and the vertical curve is 31. The thickness of the flexible pavement obtained is 40 mm thick AC WC, 60 mm AC binder, 75 mm AC Base, 150 mm CTB, and 150 mm LPA. Drainage is planned in the form of a trapezoid made of concrete with 3 different sizes on the side channels as well as 3 different sizes for culverts, the total design cost of the plan reaches Rp. 247,988,777,000.00 (Two Hundred Forty-Seven Billion Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Rupiah).
