Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) has accelerated digital transformation in the banking sector, particularly in digital lending services that require strategic optimization of technological capabilities. However, Bank XYZ lacks a comprehensive assessment of the contribution of each technological component in supporting the effectiveness of digital lending services. This study employs a technometric approach using the Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze four components: Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, and Orgaware (THIO). The results indicate that Technoware has the highest contribution with a TCC value of 0.6931, followed by Orgaware (0.6904), Humanware (0.6794), and Infoware (0.6750). However, Humanware emerges as the most strategically dominant component based on AHP with a weight of 0.388, indicating a gap between actual contribution and strategic importance. Furthermore, SOTA results show that Humanware has the lowest maturity level (0.6567), while Infoware still requires improvement, particularly in analytical systems such as the scoring engine. This study contributes by providing an integrated technology evaluation approach and strategic recommendations to support sustainable digital transformation in banking.
