Abstract

PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) sub-holding PT Pelindo yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan Petikemas yang diangkut oleh kapal-kapal di seluruh Indonesia. Saat ini terminal yang dikelola oleh SPTP mencapai 32 terminal petikemas (TPK) dan memiliki 7 anak perusahaan. Produk yang penulis kerjakan saat melakukan Kerja Praktik adalah SPTP WhatsApp Broadcast Dashboard, yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan proses pengiriman pesan via WhatsApp secara massal melalui satu tempat. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan stack Next.js dan Node.js dengan framework Express.js untuk menggunakan library whatsapp-web.js dan memiliki beberapa fitur, beberapa diantaranya adalah filter berdasarkan posisi atau lokasi, pelacakan pesan balasan, dan grafis.

PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) and a sub-holding of PT Pelindo, responsible for managing container handling for vessels across Indonesia. Currently, SPTP manages 32 container terminals and oversees seven subsidiaries. During the internship program, the author developed the SPTP WhatsApp Broadcast Dashboard, a centralized platform designed to facilitate and streamline the mass delivery of messages via WhatsApp. The application was built using the Next.js and Node.js stack with the Express.js framework to utilize the whatsapp-web.js library. It features Targeted Broadcasting through compound filtering based on staff position or location, automated Reply Tracking (RSVP), and real-time Visual Analytics.
