Abstract
Keamanan siber merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan informasi dari ancaman digital. Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) berperan dalam mendukung proses pelaporan dan penanganan insiden keamanan siber. Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) membutuhkan situs web CSIRT sebagai media pelaporan insiden serta penyebaran informasi keamanan siber. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan situs web CSIRT BNPB menggunakan framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian aplikasi. Sistem dirancang menggunakan arsitektur client-server dan pola Model-View-Controller (MVC). Hasil kerja praktik berupa aplikasi web CSIRT BNPB dengan fitur pengelolaan laporan, artikel, galeri, dan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional yang ditentukan dan dapat membantu proses pengelolaan laporan serta informasi keamanan siber di lingkungan BNPB.

Cybersecurity is a crucial aspect of protecting the confidentiality and security of information from digital threats. A Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) plays an important role in supporting the reporting and handling of cybersecurity incidents. The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) requires a CSIRT website as a platform for incident reporting and the dissemination of cybersecurity-related information. This internship project aimed to develop the BNPB CSIRT website using the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and a MySQL database. The methodology included requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and application testing. The system was developed using a client-server architecture and the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern. The result of this internship project is the BNPB CSIRT web application, which provides features for managing incident reports, articles, galleries, and user accounts. Based on the testing results, the application met the specified functional requirements and effectively supports the management of cybersecurity incident reports and the dissemination of cybersecurity information within BNPB.
