Abstract
Gedung Rumah Sakit Universitas Islam Malang yang terletak di Kota Malang, Jawa Timur merupakan gedung beton bertulang 9 lantai tanpa basement dengan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) yang akan direncanakan desain alternatif menggunakan base isolation sebagai tambahan peredam gempa. Komponen material base isolation terbuat dari bantalan karet yang dibuat dengan konsep mengurangi gaya gempa yang akan ditransmisikan pada struktur gedung. Jenis sistem isolasi dasar yang digunakan yaitu High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB). Beberapa peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja struktur dengan sistem isolasi dasar didapatkan hasil bahwa struktur yang ditambahkan dengan sistem isolasi dasar mengalami penurunan respon struktur yang baik, ditinjau dari parameter gaya geser dasar, periode struktur, dan simpangan antar lantai. Dilakukan 2 tahapan perencanaan struktur dengan sistem isolasi dasar, dimulai dengan menghimpun data eksisting bangunan. Tahap pertama dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kondisi eksisting struktur fixed base gedung melalui permodelan struktur dengan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dengan shearwall (R=7) menggunakan gempa respons spektrum. Tahap kedua dilakukan dengan merencanakan dan menganalisis struktur dengan sistem isolasi dasar melalui permodelan struktur dengan mengubah sistem struktur menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Biasa (SRPMB) tanpa shearwall dengan tambahan base isolation (R=2) menggunakan gempa respons spektrum komposit. Dari hasil analisis kedua permodelan akan didapatkan perbedaan respon struktur, ditinjau dari periode fundamental struktur, gaya geser, dan simpangan. Perhitungan struktur atas dan bawah didapatkan dari output analisis tahap kedua sesuai dengan peraturan perencanaan beton bertulang. Hasil analisis struktur dengan penambahan base isolation tipe High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) dengan spesifikasi HH 100 X 6 R sejumlah 38 buah dapat mereduksi gaya geser yang terjadi antara struktur fixed base dengan base isolation sebesar 60,67% pada arah X dan 60,78% pada arah Y. Berkurangnya kekakuan struktur akibat base isolation, nilai periode fundamental struktur meningkat sebesar 61.67% pada arah X dan 61,02% pada arah Y dari struktur fixed base. Reduksi displacement pada struktur sebesar 60,77% pada arah X dan 71,48% pada arah Y. Rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pemasangan High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) sebesar Rp5.934.870.300,00.

The building of Malang Islamic University Hospital located in Malang, East Java is a 9- storey reinforced concrete building without a basement with a special moment resisting frame system (SMRF) which will be designed alternatively using a base isolation as an additional earthquake damper. The basic components of the isolation are made of rubber pads which are built on the concept of reducing earthquake forces that will be transmitted to the building structure. The type of basic isolation system used is High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB). Several researchers conducted an analysis of the structure with a base isolation system performance. The results showed that a structure equipped with a base isolation system experienced a good decrease in structural response in terms of the parameters of the basic shear force, the period of the structure, and the drift between floors. There are 2 stages of structural planning with a base isolation system, starting with collecting data on the existing building. The first stage was carried out to analyze the existing condition of fixed base structure through structural modelling with the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRF) with shearwall (R=7) using an earthquake response spectrum. The second stage is carried out by planning and analyzing the structure with base isolation system through structural modelling by changing the structural system using the Ordinary Moment Resisting Frame System (OMRF) without shearwall with additional base isolation (R=2) using a composite earthquake response spectrum. The results of the analysis of the two models will be obtained the difference in response in terms of the fundamental period of the structure, shear forces, and displacement. The calculation of the upper and lower structures is obtained from the second stage output analysis in accordance with the reinforced concrete planning regulations. The results of structural analysis with the addition of base isolation type High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) with specifications HH 100 X 6 total of 38 pieces can reduce the shear force that occurs between the fixed base structure and base isolation by 60.67% on the X direction and 60.78% on the Y direction. With the reduced stiffness of the structure due to base isolation, the value of the fundamental period of the structure increased by 61.67% in the X direction, and 61.02% in the Y direction from the fixed base structure. The displacement reduction of the structure is 60.77% in the X direction and 71.48% in the Y direction. The budget plan required for the installation of High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) is Rp. 5,934,870,300.00.
