Abstract
Proyek jembatan watu sewu adalah bagian dari proyek jalan lintas selatan LOT 7 Blitar. Jembatan watu sewu dibangun menggunakan 3 pilar dengan sistem girder I pratekan dan rangka baja. Lokasi geografis pilar P2 terletak di tepi sungai watu sewu, sehingga terkena arus sungai. Kondisi ini memungkinkan pilar mengalami gerusan lokal (scouring) pada pangkal pilar yang dapat menyebabkan keruntuhan. Oleh karena itu, pada Tugas Akhir ini jembatan watu sewu akan didesain ulang menggunakan dua pilar dan gelagar bebentuk box dengan metode balanced cantilever. Gelagar box dibuat segmental cast-in place dengan ketinggian variasi mulai dari 2 – 4.75 meter. Perencanaan jembatan sesuai dengan peraturan SNI 1725:2016, SNI T-12-2004 dan AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Spesification 9 th Edition. Untuk beban gempa menggunakan referensi SNI 2833:2016. Dari data perencanaan eksisiting jembatan watu sewu dilakukan preliminary desain yang mengacu pada buku “Construction and Design of Prestressed Concrete Segmental Birdge”. Tahap awal desain adalah perhitungan struktur sekunder yang meliputi desain railing dan trotoar. Analisis pembebanan yang terdiri dari berat sendiri, beban mati tambahan, beban lalu lintas dan aksi lingkungan. Kemudian dilakukan analisis gaya dalam saat masa konstruksi dan setelah masa konstruksi dengan program bantu SAP2000 V23.0. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan penulangan box, kontrol lendutan, perhitungan geser, perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yang meliputi kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas, kontrol gaya membelah, dan kontrol torsi. Hasil desain struktur berupa dimensi box, penempatan tendon, penulangan, pendetailan struktur yang dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar teknik.

The watu sewu bridge project is part of the Trans South Java Road LOT 7 Blitar. Watu Sewu bridge was built using 3 pillars with a prestressed girder I system and a steel frame. The geographical location of pillar P2 is located on the bank of the Watu Sewu River, so it is exposed to river currents. This condition supports the pillar to experience scouring effect at the base of the pillar which can cause collapse. Therefore, in this final project, it will be redesigned by planning a box-shaped girder system using the balanced cantilever method. The girder box is made of segmental cast-in place with height variations ranging from 2-5 meters. The bridge planning is in accordance with the regulations of SNI 1725:2016, and SNI T-12-2004. For earthquake loads using the reference SNI 2833:2016. From the existing planning data for the Watu Sewu bridge, an preliminary design was carried out which refers to the book "Construction and Design of Prestressed Concrete Segmental Birdge". The initial design stage is the calculation of the substructure which includes the railing and trotar design. Load analysis consisting of self-weight, additional dead load, traffic load and environmental action. Then the force is carried out during the construction period and after the construction period with the SAP2000 V23.0 program. Next, the box reinforcement calculations, loan control, calculations, strength and control calculations are carried out which include crack control moments, force control, and torque control analysis. The results of the structural design are in the form of dimension boxes, tendon placement, reinforcement, structural details in the form of tables and technical drawings.
