Abstract
Beton berkekuatan tinggi didefinisikan sebagai beton yang memiliki kuat tekan yang diisyaratkan lebih atau sama dengan 41,4 mpa. Pembuatan beton mutu tinggi diperlukan bahan agregat secara selektif, yaitu agregat halus dengan kadar lumpur maksimum 1% dan batu pecah dengan ukuran maksimum 20 mm. Agregat yang selektif adalah unsur utama dalam meningkatkan kuat tekan beton. Beton mutu tinggi memerlukan nilai fas yang rendah yaitu berkisar 0,2% – 0,3%. Fungsi air pada proses pembuatan beton hanya sebagai pembantu reaksi kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kadar superlasticizer terhadap workability dan kuat tekan beton mutu tinggi 70 mpa. Superplasticizer digunakan sebagai chemical admixture yang berfungsi untuk memperbaiki kinerja beton (workability). Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan superplasticizer (sp) type f sika viscocrate 3115 n. Interval kadar sp yang digunakan adalah 0,5% – 1,5% dari berat perekat. Trial 1, 2 dan 3 berturut turut menggunakan kadar sp 0,5%, 1% dan 1,5%. Metode pelaksanaan mulai dari persiapan material, pencampuran material dan perawatan benda uji dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan standard sni 03-6468-2000 tentang tata cara pembuatan beton kekuatan tinggi dengan semen portland dan abu terbang. Diperoleh hasil perhitungan mix design trial 1 diperoleh berat semen sebesar 596 kg, pasir 698 kg, kerikil 1152 kg dan air 137 liter. Hasil pada penelitian ini, superplasticizer sika viscocrate 3115 n dengan kemampuan reduksi air sebesar 30%. Menggunakan fas sebesar 0,23 trial 1 diperoleh nilai slump sebesar 50 mm dengan sp sika viscocrate 3115 n kadar 0,5% dan hasil uji kuat tekan pada usia 28 hari diperoleh 61 mpa. Trial 2 diperoleh nilai slump sebesar 100 mm menggunakan sp sika viscocrate 3115 n kadar 1 %. Kuat tekan pada usia 7 hari dapat mencapai 61 mpa dan 14 hari mencapai 62 mpa, sedangkan 28 hari mencapai 70 mpa. Trial 3 diperoleh nilai slump sebesar 230 mm dengan kadar sp 1,5%. Diperoleh hasil uji kuat tekan pada usia 28 hari sebesar 69 mpa.

High-strength concrete is defined as concrete having a required compressive strength of more than or equal to 41.4 mpa. The manufacture of high-strength concrete requires selective aggregate materials, namely fine aggregate with a maximum mud content of 1% and crushed stone with a maximum size of 20 mm. Selective aggregate is the main element in increasing the compressive strength of concrete. High strength concrete requires a low fas value in the range of 0.2% – 0.3%. The function of water in the process of making concrete is only as a chemical reaction aid. This study aims to determine the effect of adding superlasticizer levels to the workability and compressive strength of high-strength concrete of 70 mpa. Superplasticizer is used as a chemical admixture that serves to improve concrete performance (workability). In this study, the authors used superplasticizer (sp) type f sika viscocrate 3115 n. The sp content interval used was 0.5% – 1.5% of the adhesive weight. Trials 1, 2 and 3 respectively used sp levels of 0.5%, 1% and 1.5%. The implementation method starting from material preparation, material mixing and treatment of test objects is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the sni 03-6468-2000 standard regarding procedures for making high strength concrete with portland cement and fly ash. The results of the mix design trial 1 calculation show that the weight of cement is 596 kg, sand is 698 kg, gravel is 1152 kg and water is 137 liters. The results in this study, superplasticizer sika viscocrate 3115 n with water reduction ability of 30%. Using fas of 0.23 trial 1, a slump value of 50 mm was obtained with sp sika viscocrate 3115 n 0.5% content and the results of the compressive strength test at the age of 28 days obtained 61 mpa. Trial 2 obtained a slump value of 100 mm using sp sika viscocrate 3115 n with a concentration of 1%. The compressive strength at the age of 7 days can reach 61 mpa and 14 days reach 62 mpa, while 28 days reach 70 mpa. Trial 3 obtained a slump value of 230 mm with an sp content of 1.5%. The results of the compressive strength test at the age of 28 days were 69 mpa
