Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu terbatas dengan sumber daya yang beragam. Oleh karena itu, pengerjaan proyek membutuhkan manajemen konstruksi untuk membantu pengaturan sumber daya yang efektif dan efisien. Proyek akhir ini merencanakan manajemen konstruksi pada Proyek Pembangunan Merial Tower RS. Pelni yang terletak di Jl. K.S. Tubun No.92 - 94, RT.13/RW.1, Slipi, Kec. Palmerah, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Proyek akhir ini merencanakan pekerjaan struktur 10 lantai hunian menggunakan aluminium formwork mulai lantai 2 sampai lantai 10. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena proyek memiliki lantai tipikal serta dapat mempercepat pekerjaan struktur. Penyusunan proyek akhir dimulai dari mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan kemudian menghitung volume dan produktivitas. Perhitungan tersebut akan menentukan durasi item pekerjaan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menyusun penjadwalan. Penjadwalan mengaplikasikan program bantu Microsoft Project. Penjadwalan menggunakan Precedence Diagram Method dengan mengaplikasikan program bantu. Microsoft Project. Hasil analisa perhitungan waktu diperoleh selama 79 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp53.462.886.715,46

A construction project is an activity that takes place in a limited period of time with various resources. Therefore, project work requires construction management to help manage resources effectively and efficiently. This final project plans construction management at Project Merial Tower RS. Pelni located on Jl. K.S. Tubun No.92 - 94, RT.13/RW.1, Slipi, Kec. Palmerah, Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta. This final project plans to change the implementation method form the previous one using steel formwork to alumunium formwork starting form the 2nd floor to the 10th floor. This is chosen because the project has a typical floor and can speed up structuran work. The preparation for thisfinal project starts from identifying the work items then calculating the volume and productivity. The calculation will determine the duration of the work item which is then used to arrange the schedule. Scheduling using the Precedence Diagram Method by applying the Microsoft Project. The results of time calculation is 79 work days and the implementation cost Rp53.462.886.715,46.
