Abstract

Semakin besar proyek konstruksi yang dikerjakan, semakin besar pula masalah yang dapat muncul dalam pelaksanaannya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan jasa konstruksi harus mempertimbangkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan konstruksi dengan baik. Tugas akhir ini akan menganalisis dan membandingkan penggunaan dua metode bekisting, yaitu bekisting konvensional dan bekisting aluminium. Objek yang akan dianalisis meliputi waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur atas. Proyek yang dijadikan studi kasus adalah Proyek Apartemen Tamansari Emerald Surabaya. Konstruksi beton bertulang apartemen ini terdiri dari dua bagian utama, yakni lantai podium dan tower utama. Dengan total 41 lantai dan ditambah 1 lantai atap. Namun, peninjauan pada tugas akhir ini hanya pada tower utama lantai 10 hingga lantai 17 yang memiliki denah lantai tipikal. Penyusunan tugas akhir ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan. Kemudian menentukan metode pelaksanaan. Dan selanjutnya menghitung volume dan produktivitas. Perhitungan tersebut akan menentukan durasi item pekerjaan serta biaya yang diperlukan. Dari hasil perhitungan, diketahui bahwa pekerjaan dengan metode bekisting konvensional dapat dilaksanakan selama 220 hari kerja dan memerlukan biaya Rp29.645.755.769. Sedangkan metode bekisting aluminium dapat selesai dalam waktu 183 hari kerja dan memerlukan biaya Rp32.545.325.588. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bekisting aluminium dapat selesai 37 hari atau 16,82% lebih cepat, tetapi memerlukan biaya Rp2.899.569.820 atau 8,91% lebih mahal, daripada metode bekisting konvensional.

The bigger the construction project, the bigger the problems that can arise in its implementation. Therefore, construction service companies must consider the planning and implementation of construction properly. This final project will analyze and compare the use of two formwork methods, namely conventional formwork and aluminum formwork. The objects to be analyzed are the implementation time and cost of the superstructure work. The project used as a case study is the Tamansari Emerald Apartment Project in Surabaya. The reinforced concrete construction of this apartment consists of two main parts, namely the podium floor and the main tower. With a total of 41 floors and plus 1 roof floor. However, the review in this final project is only on the main tower floors 10 to 17 floors which have a typical floor plan. The preparation of this final project begins with identifying the work items. Then determine the implementation method. And then calculate the volume and productivity. The calculation will determine the duration of the work item as well as the costs required. From the calculation results, it is known that work with the conventional formwork methods can be carried out for 220 working days and requires a cost of Rp29.645.755.769. Meanwhile the aluminum formwork method can be completed within 183 working days and requires a cost of Rp32.545.325.588. So it can be concluded that the aluminum formwork method can be completed in 37 days or 16,82% faster, but requires a cost of Rp2.899.569.820 or 8,91% more expensive, than the conventional formwork method.
