Abstract

Penyusunan proyek akhir berjudul “Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Merial Tower Lantai 2-10 RS. Pelni Menggunakan Metode Half Slab” ini menggunakan Bangunan Merial Tower Rumah Sakit Pelni yang berada di Jl. K.S. Tubun No.92 - 94, RT.13/RW.1, Slipi, Kec. Palmerah, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11410. Gedung setinggi 12 lantai ini direncanakan dengan beton bertulang sebagai material utama. Dalam proyek ini seluruh pekerjaan elemen struktur beton menggunakan metode cor konvensional (in situ). Sedangkan metodepelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam penyusunan proyek akhir terapan adalah dengan metode precast half slab. Pada proyek akhir ini, lantai yang digunakan meliputi 2 hingga lantai 10. Adapun struktur yang diperhatikan dalam proyek akhir ini ialah struktur atas. Struktur atas meliputi kolom, balok, pelat, shearwall dan tangga. Semua pekerjaan beton menggunakan metode cast in-situ. Akan tetapi untuk pekerjaan pelat, akan diperhitungkan menggunakan metode half slab precast. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan waktu, dihitung berdasarkan volume pekerjaan, produktivitas, durasi pekerjaan serta kebutuhan sumber daya tiap item pekerjaan. Dalam perhitungan biaya meliputi harga material, upah pekerja dan harga alat yang dibutuhkan. Harga yang digunakan ialah harga survei lapangan di Kota Jakarta.. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan tersebut diketahui waktu pelaksanaan proyek tersebut dengan total biaya pelaksanaan Pembangunan Merial Tower Lantai 2-10 RS. Pelni Jakarta dengan menggunakan half slab precast.didapatkan durasi pelaksanaan 101 hari dengan biaya pelaksanaan Rp 58.391.879.071,09.

The final project entitled “Time and Cost Estimation of Merial Tower 2-10 Floor Using Half Slab Method” uses that data of Merial Tower Pelni located in Jl. K.S. Tubun No.92 - 94, RT.13/RW.1, Slipi, Kec. Palmerah, Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11410. This 12 storey bulding uses reinforced concrete as its main material. The whole work of concrete structure elements of this project used conventional cast method (in situ). While, the implementation method uses the precast half slab method. For this final project, what is being reviewed is 1st through 10th floor. As for the structure being reviewed in this final project is the upper structure. Upper structures consist of beam, column, floor plate, shearwall and stair. All upper structures uses cast in-situ method. Except for floor plate, which will be analyzed using half slab precast method. While the calculation of implementation time is carried out based on production capacity, productivity, duration and the resources requirement of each work items. Cost calculation consist of material prices, worker wages and prices of the tools needed. The prices used is the price of filed survey in Jakarta. From the calculation result, it can concluded that project Merial Tower 2-10 Floor Pelni Hospital Jakarta using half slab precast takes 101 days with the implementation cost Rp 58.391.879.071,09.
