Abstract
Pada pembangunan Simpang-susun Kartasura Tol Ruas Solo-Yogyakarta-Nyia Kulon Progo Seksi I Paket 1.1 membutuhkan pekerjaan tanah cukup besar terdiri dari dua pekerjaan utama yakni pekerjaan galian buang dan pekerjaan timbunan. Maka diperlukan analisa penggunaan alat berat untuk pekerjaan tanah. Dalam penelitian ini lokasi objek penelitian adalah Simpang-susun Kartasura, untuk metode yang digunakan yakni memperhitungkan produktivitas alat berat yang disesuaikan spek nya sesuai penyedia alat berat untuk selanjutnya dipilih opsi alat berat dengan mempertimbangkan biaya dan waktu paling optimal. Berdasarkan analisa didapatkan kebutuhan alat: 4 unit Bulldozer KOMATSU D 85 ESS – 2, 26 unit Toyota Dyna 130 HT , 3 unit Excavator Volvo EC 210 B (21 ton) untuk pekerjaan galian buang. Sedangkan untuk pekerjaan timbunan didapatkan; 309 unit Toyota Dyna 130 HT , 10 unit Excavator DX 500 LCV GIANT, 8 unit Bulldozer KOMATSU D 85 ESS-2, 11 unit Vibroroller HAMM 3410 (12 ton), 6 unit Sheepfoot Dynapac CA 302D (15 ton), 1 unit Mitsubishi GD-330, 2 unit Water Truck hino dutro. Penjadwalan alat berat dimulai dengan pekerjaan galian buang dengan total durasi adalah 41 hari, kemudian dilanjut pekerjaan timbunan dengan total durasi 49 hari. Total biaya keseluruhan pekerjaan tanah sebesar Rp18.434.436.478.

The construction of the Kartasura Interchange of the Solo-Yogyakarta-Nyia Kulon Progo Section I Package 1.1 requires a large amount of earthwork consisting of two main works, namely excavation-dump work and compaction work. So it is necessary to analyze the needs of heavy equipment for earthworks. In this study, the location of the object of research is the Kartasura Interchange, for the method used is to calculate the productivity of heavy equipment which is adjusted to the specifications according to the heavy equipment provider, then the heavy equipment option is selected by considering the most optimal cost and time. Based on the analysis, it was found that the need for tools: 4 units of Bulldozer Komatsu D 85 ESS – 2, 26 units of Toyota Dyna 130 HT, 3 units of Excavator Volvo EC 210 B (21 tons) for excavating work. As for the embankment work obtained; 309 units of Toyota Dyna 130 HT , 10 units of Excavator DX 500 LCV Giant, 8 units of Bulldozer Komatsu D 85 ESS-2, 11 units of Vibroroller HAMM 3410 (12 tons), 6 units of Sheepfoot Dynapac CA 302D (15 tons), 1 unit of Mitsubishi GD -330, 2 units of Hino dutro Water Truck. Heavy equipment scheduling begins with excavation work with a total duration of 41 days, embankment work with a total duration of 49 days. The total cost of the earthworks is Rp. 18,434,436,478.
