Abstract
Saat ini proses penggajian pada PT. Azka Mulia Internasional (AMI) dilakukan secara manual dimana laporan absensi yang tercatat pada platform Odoo di-import menjadi Excel untuk kemudian diolah datanya untuk dilakukan perhitungan. Dari proses yang panjang tersebut, membutuhkan waktu 15 menit per karyawan agar mendapat hasil total gaji karyawan yang diterima. Oleh karena itu dikembangkan sistem penggajian karyawan pada platform Odoo dengan mengimplementasikan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP). Terdapat empat fase pada metode ini, fase inception meliputi kegiatan pemodelan proses bisnis baik proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan (as-is) dan proses bisnis usulan yang ditawarkan (to-be). Kemudian dari proses bisnis tersebut dilakukan analisis kebutuhan. Fase elaboration meliputi kegiatan perancangan sistem menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, configuration, use case scenario, dan aturan gaji. Fase construction meliputi kegiatan implementasi berdsarkan perancangan sistem pada fase sebelumnya. Hasil implementasi kemudian akan dievaluasi pada tahap pengujian. Pada fase terakhir yaitu transition dilakukan proses deployment atau instalasi ke pengguna. Hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan uji coba sistem dengan membandingkan kesesuaian antara perhitungan gaji pada Microsoft Excel dengan perhitungan gaji pada platform Odoo menunjukkan 12 dari 13 hasil perhitungan gaji karyawan telah sesuai dengan persentase akurasi sebesar 92,3%. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghitung seorang karyawan pada Microsoft Excel yaitu 15 menit sedangkan pada Odoo waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat menjadi 6 menit. Pada pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) responden yang dilibatkan adalah kalangan terbatas dari berbagai departemen di PT. AMI berjumlah 11 orang dengan memberikan 12 pernyataan dari 3 kriteria uji UAT dan didapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 86,97%. Dari nilai akhir tersebut responden menerima dengan baik sistem yang dikembangkan.

Currently the payroll process at PT. Azka Mulia Internasional (AMI) is carried out manually where attendance reports recorded on the Odoo platform are imported into Excel for later processing the data for calculations. From this long process, it takes 15 minutes per employee to get the total salary of the employee received. Therefore, an employee payroll system was developed on the Odoo platform by implementing the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. There are four phases in this method, the inception phase includes business process modeling activities, both on-going business processes (as-is) and proposed business processes (to-be). Then from the business process a needs analysis is carried out. The elaboration phase includes system design activities using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, configuration, use case scenarios, and salary rules. The construction phase includes implementation activities based on the system design in the previous phase. The results of the implementation will then be evaluated at the testing stage. In the last phase, namely the transition, the deployment or installation process is carried out to the user. The results obtained after testing the system by comparing the suitability of the salary calculation in Microsoft Excel with the salary calculation on the Odoo platform show that 12 of the 13 employee salary calculations are in accordance with the percentage accuracy of 92.3%. The time needed to calculate an employee in Microsoft Excel is 15 minutes, while in Odoo the time needed is 6 minutes faster. In the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing, the respondents involved were limited groups from various departments at PT. AMI totaled 11 people by giving 12 statements from the 3 UAT test criteria and the final score was 86.97%. From the final score, the respondents received well the developed system.
