Abstract
Bencana banjir merupakan salah satu bencana hidrometeorologi yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia dan memerlukan koordinasi yang cepat antarinstansi dalam proses mitigasi maupun penanganan keadaan darurat. Untuk mendukung proses tersebut, dikembangkan platform DIGI-FLOOD (Integrated Smart Platform for Flood Disaster Management), yaitu sebuah dashboard monitoring banjir yang mengintegrasikan berbagai sumber data, seperti sensor Internet of Things (IoT), hasil pengamatan drone, model hidrologi, serta laporan petugas lapangan ke dalam satu sistem terpadu. Platform ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi antara Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) dan University of Southampton yang didukung oleh LPDP dan British Council. Kerja Praktik ini dilaksanakan pada Tim Dashboard DIGIFLOOD di bawah bimbingan Prof. Ir. Ary Mazharuddin Shiddiqi, S.Kom., M.Comp.Sc., Ph.D., IPM. Fokus utama kegiatan adalah merancang dan mengembangkan antarmuka pengguna (User Interface) dashboard menggunakan Figma sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, serta melakukan pengujian terhadap implementasi dashboard berdasarkan user story yang telah disusun oleh tim pengembang. Selain itu, penulis juga berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sprint meeting, diskusi pengembangan sistem, serta penyusunan materi presentasi untuk mendukung koordinasi antaranggota tim. Hasil Kerja Praktik berupa rancangan antarmuka dashboard yang dikembangkan secara iteratif melalui proses diskusi dan evaluasi bersama tim. Pengujian dilakukan pada lingkungan staging untuk memastikan setiap fitur telah berjalan sesuai kebutuhan sebelum diterapkan pada lingkungan produksi. Kegiatan tersebut memberikan pengalaman langsung mengenai proses pengembangan perangkat lunak secara kolaboratif, mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka, validasi fitur, hingga dokumentasi hasil pengembangan.

Flood disasters are one of the most frequent hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia, requiring rapid coordination among related institutions during mitigation and emergency response processes. To support these processes, the DIGI-FLOOD (Integrated Smart Platform for Flood Disaster Management) platform was developed as a flood monitoring dashboard that integrates various data sources, including Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, drone observations, hydrological models, and field officer reports into an integrated system. This platform is the result of a collaboration between Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and the University of Southampton, supported by the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) and the British Council. This internship was conducted as part of the DIGI-FLOOD Dashboard Team under the supervision of Prof. Ir. Ary Mazharuddin Shiddiqi, S.Kom., M.Comp.Sc., Ph.D., IPM. The main activities focused on designing and developing the dashboard user interface using Figma based on user requirements, as well as testing the dashboard implementation according to the user stories prepared by the development team. In addition, the author participated in sprint meetings, system development discussions, and the preparation of presentation materials to support coordination among team members. The outcome of this internship was a dashboard interface design developed iteratively through discussions and evaluations with the development team. Testing was conducted in a staging environment to ensure that each feature functioned according to the defined requirements before being deployed to the production environment. This internship provided practical experience in collaborative software development processes, including user requirement identification, interface design, feature validation, and documentation of development outcomes.
