Abstract

Adanya virus corona yang tingkat penyebarannya sangat cepat, mengharuskan para perawat melakukan kontak langsung dengan pasien tersebut. Pendistribusian makanan dan obat obatan pasien rawat inap RS. WAVA HUSADA Kepanjen dilakukan dengan menggunakan troli dan didorong secara manual oleh perawat dari ruang gizi menuju kamar pasien. Oleh karena itu, peneliti membuat inovasi suatu mobile robot pendistribusi obat serta makanan untuk pasien yang terjangkit corona. Mobile robot tersebut bernama RIVER (Robust ITS_WAVA mobilE Robot) dimana mobile robot tersebut merupakan sebuah upaya untuk mengurangi kontak antara perawat dan pasien. Mobile robot menggunakan penelusuran rute yang bertujuan agar mobile robot tidak perlu lagi untuk mencari rute untuk mencapai titik tujuan yang diinginkan. Pada hal ini, penelusuran rute pada mobile robot dibuat menggunakan metode look- up table yang ber-acuan pada denah RS. WAVA HUSADA untuk kemudian dilakukan mapping pada denah tersebut agar mobile robot dapat langsung menelusuri rute tanpa harus mencari rute terlebih dahulu yang mana hal tersebut dapat menghemat daya baterai pada mobile robot tersebut. Hasil dari analisa percobaan yang sudah dilakukan yaitu membuat penelusuran rute untuk mobile robot menggunakan metode look-up table untuk menentukan rute yang harus dilalui oleh mobile robot. Dengan hasil data berupa kecepatan waktu tempuh pada mobile robot jika harus menempuh rute yang telah ditentukan oleh program sehingga baterai mobile robot lebih hemat karena mobile robot tidak perlu mencari rute untuk melakukan pendistribusian logistik kepada pasien. Dan juga, dapat menelusuri rute dari ruangan yang dipilih oleh perawat jaga dengan ketepatan lokasi yang sudah dipilih. Mobile robot tidak hanya digunakan untuk pasien yang terpapar corona, akan tetapi juga dapat digunakan untuk pasien yang terkena penyakit menular lainnya seperti hepatitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis dan penyakit menular lainnya yang membutuhkan perlakuan khusus.

The presence of the corona virus, which spreads very quickly, requires nurses to make direct contact with these patients. Distribution of food and medicine to RS. WAVA HUSADA Kepanjen inpatients were carried out using a trolley and pushed manually by the nurse from the nutrition room to the patient's room. Therefore, researchers innovate a mobile robot that distributes drugs and food for patients infected with the corona. The mobile robot is named RIVER (Robust ITS_WAVA mobilE Robot) where the mobile robot is an effort to reduce contact between nurses and patients. The mobile robot uses route tracking which aims to make the mobile robot no longer need to find a route to reach the desired destination point. In this case, the route search on the mobile robot is made using the look-up table method that refers to the RS. WAVA HUSADA plan is then mapped on the floor plan so that the mobile robot can directly trace the route without having to find a route first which can save battery power on the mobile robot. The results of the experimental analysis that have been carried out have succeeded in making route tracing for the mobile robot using the look-up table method to determine the route that must be traversed by the mobile robot. With the results of the data in the form of speed of travel time on the mobile robot if it must take the route determined by the program so that the mobile robot battery is more efficient because the mobile robot does not need to find a route to distribute logistics to patients. And can trace the route from the room selected by the nurse on duty with the accuracy of the location that has been selected. Mobile robots are not only used for patients exposed to corona but can also be used for patients affected by other infectious diseases such as hepatitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases that require special treatment
