Abstract
Perkembangan sistem otomasi industri menuntut ketersediaan sistem akuisisi data yang mampu melakukan monitoring banyak parameter secara simultan. Penggunaan perangkat akuisisi data satu kanal masih memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti kebutuhan perangkat yang lebih banyak, biaya implementasi yang lebih tinggi, serta kesulitan dalam memperoleh data dari beberapa sensor pada waktu yang bersamaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem akuisisi data empat kanal berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32 dengan dukungan komunikasi Modbus RTU. Perangkat keras dirancang dalam bentuk modul terintegrasi yang menyediakan empat kanal masukan analog untuk sensor dengan keluaran arus 4-20 mA. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor RTD PT100, sensor THD-WD2C, pembacaan data dari temperature controller TK4S melalui protokol Modbus RTU, serta modul Ethernet W5500 sebagai pengiriman data ke Web Monitoring. Pada sisi perangkat lunak, metode kalibrasi regresi linier digunakan untuk mengonversi data mentah hasil pembacaan ADC menjadi nilai suhu aktual sekaligus mengurangi kesalahan pengukuran. Seluruh data dari empat kanal diakuisisi secara bersamaan dan dikirimkan ke Web Monitoring untuk keperluan monitoring. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengakuisisi data dari empat kanal analog secara simultan dengan tingkat akurasi dan konsistensi pengukuran yang baik pada seluruh rentang suhu pengujian. Komunikasi Modbus RTU dengan temperature controller TK4S dapat berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan pengiriman data ke server melalui jaringan Ethernet berhasil dilakukan dengan respons HTTP Status 200 tanpa kehilangan data. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menjalankan proses akuisisi, pengolahan, dan pengiriman data secara andal. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berpotensi untuk mendukung kebutuhan monitoring pada lingkungan industri.

The development of industrial automation systems requires data acquisition systems capable of monitoring multiple parameters simultaneously. Conventional single-channel data acquisition devices still have several limitations, including the need for more hardware units, higher implementation costs, and difficulties in obtaining data from multiple sensors at the same time. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a four-channel data acquisition system prototype based on the ESP32 microcontroller with Modbus RTU and Ethernet communication support. The hardware was designed as an integrated module providing four analog input channels for sensors with 4-20 mA current outputs. The system utilizes RTD PT100 sensors, THD-WD2C sensors, data acquisition from a TK4S temperature controller via the Modbus RTU protocol, and a W5500 Ethernet module for data transmission to a Web Monitoring. On the software side, a linear regression calibration method was applied to convert raw ADC readings into actual temperature values while improving measurement accuracy. Data from all four channels were acquired simultaneously and transmitted to the Web Monitoring for monitoring purposes. The test results showed that the system was capable of acquiring data from four analog channels simultaneously with good measurement accuracy and consistency across the entire temperature testing range. Modbus RTU communication with the TK4S temperature controller operated successfully, while data transmission to the server through the Ethernet network was achieved with an HTTP Status 200 response and without data loss. These results indicate that the developed system is capable of performing data acquisition, processing, and transmission reliably. Therefore, the proposed system has the potential to support industrial monitoring applications.
