Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Transformasi digital berpotensi mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM namun tingkat adopsi teknologi digital pada sektor UMKM masih relatif rendah. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu telah mengembangkan solusi digital untuk UMKM, seperti aplikasi e-commerce dan sistem pencatatan keuangan, namun sebagian besar solusi tersebut dikembangkan sebagai sistem yang tidak terintegrasi dan belum sepenuhnya mempertimbangkan keterbatasan literasi digital serta kemampuan teknis pelaku UMKM. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan adanya solusi digital dengan kompleksitas antarmuka yang tinggi dan menghambat penerimaan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini membahas perancangan antarmuka pengguna Aira, yaitu aplikasi web berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk mendukung digitalisasi UMKM. Aira dirancang untuk membantu pencatatan keuangan, analisis usaha, dan promosi. Metode yang digunakan adalah User-Centered Design (UCD) dengan pendekatan Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI). Proses perancangan dilakukan dalam dua iterasi melalui analisis pengguna dan konteks penggunaan, perumusan kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka pengguna, dan evaluasi desain. Riset pengguna dan evaluasi dilakukan kepada lima partisipan pelaku UMKM dengan karakteristik memiliki atau mengelola usaha, khususnya pada bidang kuliner. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melakukan penyelesaian tugas, mengukur penerimaan teknologi melalui Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), serta evaluasi aspek teknologi, faktor manusia, dan aspek etika HCAI. Hasil evaluasi iterasi kedua menunjukkan seluruh tugas berhasil diselesaikan. Pada evaluasi TAM, aspek Perceived Usefulness memperoleh nilai 6,67 dari skala 7 dan Perceived Ease of Use memperoleh nilai 6,87 dari skala 7. Evaluasi HCAI pada iterasi kedua aspek teknologi memperoleh rata-rata 4,90 dari skala 5 dan aspek faktor manusia memperoleh rata-rata 4,13 dari skala 5. Temuan formatif dari evaluasi partisipan mengindikasikan bahwa rancangan desain Aira lebih mudah digunakan serta mampu menempatkan AI sebagai alat bantu yang mendukung proses digitalisasi UMKM.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. Digital transformation has the potential to support MSME growth; however, the level of digital technology adoption among MSMEs remains relatively low. Previous studies have developed various digital solutions for MSMEs, such as e-commerce applications and financial recording systems. However, most of these solutions are developed as fragmented systems and have not fully considered the limited digital literacy and technical capabilities of MSME actors. This condition results in digital solutions with high interface complexity, which may hinder technology acceptance. Therefore, this study discusses the user interface design of Aira, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based web application developed to support MSME digitalization. Aira is designed to assist financial recording, business analysis, and promotion. The method used in this study is User-Centered Design (UCD) with a Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI) approach. The design process was carried out in two iterations, encompassing understand context of user, specify user requirements, design solutions, and design evaluation. User research and evaluation were conducted with five MSME participants who own or manage businesses, particularly in the culinary sector. The evaluation was conducted by performing task completion, measuring technology acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and evaluating the technology aspect, human factor, and ethical aspect of HCAI. The results of the second iteration evaluation indicate that all tasks were successfully completed. In the TAM evaluation, the Perceived Usefulness aspect obtained a score of 6.67 out of 7, while the Perceived Ease of Use aspect achieved a score of 6.87 out of 7. The HCAI evaluation in the second iteration showed that the technological aspect reached an average score of 4.90 out of 5, and the human factors aspect obtained an average score of 4.13 out of 5. The formative findings from the participant evaluation indicate that the Aira design is easier to use and positions AI as an assistive tool to support MSME digitalization.
