Abstract
Program Magang Industri merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman kerja secara langsung kepada mahasiswa melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan di dunia industri. Kegiatan magang ini dilaksanakan di PT PLN (Persero) Pusat Pemeliharaan Ketenagalistrikan (PUSHARLIS) UP2W VI Surabaya pada Divisi Mekanikal dan Quality Control selama Januari hingga Mei 2025. Selama pelaksanaan magang, penulis terlibat dalam berbagai aktivitas, seperti monitoring progres pekerjaan, dokumentasi proses produksi, pengendalian kualitas, penyusunan dokumen Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN), identifikasi bahaya menggunakan metode HIRARC, serta pengujian kualitas komponen melalui Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Selain itu, penulis juga mempelajari sistem produksi berbasis Make to Order dan penerapan Reverse Engineering dalam proses manufaktur komponen ketenagalistrikan. Hasil kegiatan magang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem monitoring, pengendalian kualitas, dan pemeliharaan yang terintegrasi berperan penting dalam menjaga mutu produk, meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi, serta mendukung keandalan peralatan yang diproduksi di PT PLN PUSHARLIS. Kegiatan seperti inspeksi lapangan, dokumentasi progres, pengujian NDT, serta penerapan aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memberikan pengalaman praktis mengenai proses manufaktur dan pemeliharaan komponen pembangkit listrik. Melalui kegiatan magang ini, penulis memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai implementasi sistem manajemen produksi, quality control, dan maintenance di industri ketenagalistrikan, sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, kemampuan analisis, serta kesiapan dalam menghadapi dunia kerja profesional.

The Industrial Internship Program is a learning activity designed to provide students with hands-on work experience through the application of knowledge and skills in the industrial sector. This internship took place at PT PLN (Persero)’s Electrical Power Maintenance Center (PUSHARLIS) UP2W VI in Surabaya, within the Mechanical and Quality Control Division, from January through May 2025. During the internship, the author was involved in various activities, such as monitoring work progress, documenting production processes, quality control, preparing Local Content Level (TKDN) documents, identifying hazards using the HIRARC method, and testing component quality through Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). In addition, the author also studied the Make-to-Order production system and the application of reverse engineering in the manufacturing process of electrical power components. The results of the internship demonstrated that the implementation of an integrated monitoring, quality control, and maintenance system plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality, improving production process efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of equipment manufactured at PT PLN PUSHARLIS. Activities such as field inspections, progress documentation, NDT testing, and the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) measures provided practical experience regarding the manufacturing and maintenance processes of power plant components. Through this internship, the author gained a deeper understanding of the implementation of production management, quality control, and maintenance systems in the electric power industry, while also enhancing technical competencies, analytical skills, and readiness for the professional workplace.
