Abstract
Dokumentasi aset infrastruktur kampus, seperti Gedung Teknik Informatika ITS, memerlukan representasi tiga dimensi (3D) yang presisi namun tetap mudah diakses.

Documentation of campus infrastructure assets, such as the ITS Informatics Engineering Building, requires a precise yet accessible three-dimensional (3D) representation. Conventional reconstruction methods are often constrained by high computational costs during interactive rendering. This research applies the 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) method to reconstruct the exterior and selected interior rooms of the ITS Informatics Engineering Building, producing 13 scene models consisting of one exterior and 12 interior rooms. Data acquisition was carried out using a drone for the building exterior and a handheld device for the interior rooms, with video recordings as input processed using Postshot software. The software handles the initial geometry estimation (Structure-from-Motion) through Gaussian model optimization in an integrated internal pipeline. The reconstruction results were then integrated into a web-based visualization platform developed using the PlayCanvas Engine with the Spatially Ordered Gaussians (.sog) model format, publicly accessible via (https://ifsplat.my.id). The quantitative visual quality of the reconstruction was evaluated using PSNR, SSIM, and LPIPS metrics, while rendering performance was evaluated using Frames Per Second (FPS) metrics on two devices with different GPU specifications. These results are expected to support the interactive digitalization of campus assets, making them accessible to the wider academic community.
