Abstract

Penyusunan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul Analisa Perhitungan Waktu, Biaya Pada Struktur Jembatan Pada Proyek Jalan Tol Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar (KLBM) Seksi 2 (STA 17+477.840 – 17+796.740) ini berada di Kota Gresik. Proyek jalan tol ini dibangun guna memperlancar alur transportasi dan distribusi barang ataupun jasa menghubungkan daerah Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pembangunan jalan tol ini melewati berbagai medan yang mana hal tersebut memerlukan berbagai jenis struktur, salah satunya adalah jalan layang atau flyover. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan rencana manajemen konstruksi yang benar benar matang agar pada pelaksanaanya dapat mengurangi risiko terlambatnya pekerjaan, pembengkakan biaya maupun risiko kecelakaan yang mungkin terjadi. Manajemen tersebut mencakup waktu dan biaya dan sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang dibutuhkan. Penjadwalan yang direncanakan disusun dengan aplikasi MS Project dan dihasilkan Kurva S serta Network Diagram. Hasil dari perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan 7 jam kerja dalam sehari dan 6 hari kerja dalam seminggu maka didapatkan durasi 374 hari yang dimulai pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2021 dan selesai pada 2 November 2022. Sedangkan biaya dihitung dengan menggunakan data HSPK Kota Surabaya 2021 dan juga data pendukung berupa harga survei serta biaya K3 didapatkan biaya sebesar Rp116.237.834.286,44.

The preparation of the final project entitled Analysis of Time and Cost Calculation of Bridge Structures in the Section 2 Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar Toll Road Project (STA 17+477,840 – 17+796.740) is located in Gresik City. This toll road project was built to facilitate the flow of transportation and distribution of goods or services connecting the Krian area, Sidoarjo Regency with Manyar, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. The construction of this toll road passes through various terrains which requires various types of structures, one of which is an overpass or flyover. Therefore, a really mature construction management plan is needed so that in its implementation it can reduce the risk of late work, cost overruns and the risk of accidents that may occur. The management includes the time and cost and the required occupational health and safety management system. The planned schedule is compiled with the MS Project application and the S Curve and Network Diagram are generated. The results of calculations carried out with 7 hours in a day and 6 working days in a week obtained a duration of 374 days starting on August 1, 2021 and finishing on November 2, 2022. While costs are calculated using HSPK data for the City of Surabaya 2021 and also supporting data in the form of the price of the survey obtained a fee of Rp116.237.834.286,44
