Abstract
Proses packing pada industri benih memerlukan sistem identifikasi dan validasi data yang cepat dan akurat untuk mendukung monitoring serta tracking produk. Di PT. Syngenta Seed Indonesia, proses scanning QR code telah diterapkan pada setiap box produk, namun hasil scanning hanya dapat dipantau melalui satu perangkat komputer sehingga kurang fleksibel untuk kebutuhan monitoring secara real-time. Selain itu, proses validasi data hasil scanning masih belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan mengembangkan Website Packing Scanner berbasis web yang mampu menampilkan hasil scanning QR code secara real-time dan melakukan validasi data secara otomatis. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan kamera Hikrobot MV-ID3013PM-06M, Supabase sebagai database cloud, Railway sebagai hosting backend, dan Visual Studio Code sebagai lingkungan pengembangan aplikasi. Data hasil scanning dikirim ke backend, disimpan dalam database, kemudian dibandingkan dengan datasheet untuk menghasilkan status validasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi monitoring, mempermudah validasi data, dan mendukung tracking produk secara lebih efektif pada proses packing.

The packing process in the seed industry requires a fast and accurate data identification and validation system to support product monitoring and traceability. At PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia, QR code scanning has been implemented for every product box; however, the scanning results can only be monitored from a single computer, limiting the flexibility of real-time monitoring. In addition, the validation process for the scanned data has not been fully integrated. This internship project aimed to develop a web-based Packing Scanner Website capable of displaying real-time QR code scanning results and performing automatic data validation. The system was developed using a Hikrobot MV-ID3013PM-06M camera, Supabase as the cloud database, Railway for backend hosting, and Visual Studio Code as the development environment. The scanned data are transmitted to the backend, stored in the database, and compared with the reference datasheet to generate a validation status. The implementation results demonstrate that the system improves monitoring efficiency, simplifies data validation, and enhances product traceability throughout the packing process.
