Abstract

Kawasan kolono merupakan kawasan transmigrasi di daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang memiliki beberapa Unit Pemukiman Transmigrasi (UPT) seperti UPT Arongo, UPT Amohola SP1, UPT Amohola SP2, dan UPT Roda. Dari hasil observasi lapangan diketahui bahwa UPT Amohola SP1 tidak memiliki infrastruktur dasar berupa penyediaan air bersih yang memadai. Kondisi ini mempengaruhi target persentase rumah tangga yang memiliki akses terhadap sumber air minum layak Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang baru mencapai 91,13% pada tahun 2023. Nilai ini masih dibawah rata-rata nasional untuk kategori akses air layak yang mencapai 91,72%. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya peningkatan akses air layak agar seluruh masyarakat di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan termasuk UPT Amohola SP1 dapat mengakses air bersih yang layak.
Pada UPT ini akan dilakukan perencanaan penyediaan air bersih dengan metode perencanaan desktriptif. Perencanaan diawali dengan mengumpulkan data primer seperti kualitas air baku dan elevasi wilayah pada jaringan perpipaan. Kemudian perencanaan ini dilengkapi data sekunder seperti kapasitas mata air Sanua Ngguku sebagai air baku dengan debit sebesar 2 L/detik. Kemudian tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah menentukan unit pengolahan yang diperlukan berdasarkan kualitas air baku dan analisis jaringan perpipaan menggunakan software epanet 2.2.
Berdasarkan hasil karakteristik air baku diketahui bahwa parameter Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) dan total coliform melebihi baku mutu. Unit pengolahan berbasis ion exchange digunakan untuk menurunkan karakteristik TDS dengan efisiensi penurunan sebesar 56,4% sedangkan karakteristik total coliform dapat diturunkan secara mandiri oleh para transmigran dengan merebus air sebelum digunakan. Kemudian pada jaringan perpipaan meliputi pipa transmisi dan distribusi yang masing-masing menggunakan jenis pipa galvanis dan PVC. Pada jaringan transmisi akan menggunakan pipa galvanis dengan diameter 65 mm sedangkan jaringan distribusi meliputi jaringan distribusi utama dan pembagi akan menggunakan pipa PVC dengan diameter 60, 48, 42, dan 32 mm. Selain itu, aksesoris yang diperlukan pada perencanaan jaringan perpipaan meliputi 19 gate valve, 23 bend 45°, 3 bend 90°, 4 equal tee, 6 reducer, dan 1unit pompa. Biaya investasi pada perencanaan air bersih ini memerlukan biaya investasi sebesar Rp6.811.734.000.

The kolono area is a transmigration area in the South Konawe Regency area which has several Transmigration Settlement Units (UPT) such as UPT Arongo, UPT Amohola SP1, UPT Amohola SP2, and UPT Roda. From the results of field observations, it is known that the Amohola SP1 UPT does not have basic infrastructure in the form of adequate clean water supply. This condition affects the target percentage of households that have access to a decent drinking water source in South Konawe Regency, which will only reach 91.13% in 2023. This value is still below the national average for the category of access to decent water which reaches 91.72%. This shows the need to increase access to decent water so that all people in South Konawe Regency, including UPT Amohola SP1, can access proper clean water.
In this UPT, clean water supply planning will be carried out with a descriptive planning method. Planning begins by collecting primary data such as raw water quality and elevation of the area on the pipeline network. Then this planning is equipped with secondary data such as the capacity of the Sanua Ngguku spring as raw water with a discharge of 2 L/second. Then the purpose of this planning is to determine the required treatment units based on raw water quality and pipeline network analysis using epanet 2.2 software.
Based on the results of raw water characteristics, it is known that the parameters of Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) and total coliform exceed the quality standards. Ion exchange-based treatment units are used to lower the TDS characteristics with a reduction efficiency of 56.4% while the total coliform characteristics can be lowered independently by the transmigrants by boiling water before use. Then the piping network includes transmission and distribution pipes which use galvanized and PVC pipes, respectively. The transmission network will use galvanized pipes with a diameter of 65 mm while the distribution network includes the main distribution network and the dividers will use PVC pipes with diameters of 60, 48, 42, and 32 mm. In addition, the accessories required for the planning of the pipeline network include 19 gate valves, 23 bends of 45°, 3 bends of 90°, 4 equal tees, 6 reducers, and 1 pump unit. The investment cost in this clean water planning requires an investment cost of IDR 6,811,734,000.
