Abstract

Pengelolaan data produk digital, jaringan tambahan, dan datin di PT Telkom Indonesia Regional III Unit Regional Solution and Operation II saat ini masih menghadapi tantangan inefisiensi akibat ketergantungan pada proses manual berbasis file Excel csv. Metode konvensional memicu silo data terpisah, risiko human error, serta keterlambatan dalam penyajian laporan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem berbasis website yang mampu mengotomatisasi pengolahan data penjualan, membangun dashboard interaktif untuk menyajikan visualisasi data secara langsung, serta membuat chatbot berbasis Telegram sebagai media pelaporan yang praktis. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) diterapkan untuk membagi proses pengerjaan pengembang tunggal ke dalam 12 siklus iterasi mingguan. Disiplin teknis kode diperkuat dengan pemanfaatan automated testing PHPUnit sebagai pengganti fungsi pair programming guna memitigasi kesalahan pemrograman sejak dini. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun berhasil memproses pengunggahan dan transformasi ribuan baris data mentah secara asinkron lewat Laravel Queue Batching hanya dalam waktu 3 detik. User acceptance testing menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 kepada client menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 98,19% dengan kategori "Sangat Baik". Pengujian komparasi data membuktikan kalkulasi sistem identik dengan perhitungan manual perusahaan. Dengan demikian, pengimplementasian sistem berbasis web dan chatbot mengeliminasi potensi risiko human error, memangkas birokrasi waktu pelaporan, serta memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang cepat bagi eksekutif manajemen.

The management of digital product data, additional networks, and Datin at PT TelkomIndonesia Regional III, Regional Solution and Operation Unit II, currently faces challengesrelated to inefficiency due to reliance on manual processes based on csv Excel files. Thisconventional method leads to isolated data silos, the risk of human error, and delays inproviding reports to management. This research aims to develop a web-based system capableof automating sales data processing, building an interactive dashboard to direct present datavisualizations, and creating a Telegram-based chatbot as a practical reporting tool. The PersonalExtreme Programming (PXP) software development methodology was applied to divide thework of a single developer into 12 weekly iteration cycles. Technical coding discipline wasreinforced through the use of PHPUnit automated testing as a substitute for pair programmingto mitigate programming errors early on. The final results of the research show that thedeveloped system successfully processed the upload and transformation of thousands of rowsof raw data asynchronously via Laravel Queue Batching in just 3 seconds. User acceptancetesting, which used a 1–5 Likert scale for clients, yielded an average satisfaction rate of 98.19%,falling into the "Very Good" category. Comparative data testing confirmed that the system’scalculations matched the company’s manual calculations exactly. Consequently, theimplementation of this web-based system and chatbot eliminated the potential risk of humanerror, reduced the time-consuming bureaucracy of reporting, and facilitated rapid, data-drivendecision-making for management executives.
