Abstract
Salah satu perusahaan rokok sedang berusaha melakukan ekspansi pasar ke negara-negara Asia Tengah akan tetapi memiliki tantangan dengan mengeluarkan biaya logistik cukup besar dikarenakan pengiriman menggunakan transportasi udara dikarenakan posisi geografis Asia Tengah yang dikelilingi daratan. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan moda transportasi dan rute yang efisien untuk proses ekspor dari Indonesia menuju negara di Asia Tengah beserta rencana penerapan moda transportasi yang dipilih. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dan sub-kriteria dan Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) untuk memeringkat alternatif berdasarkan kemiripannya dengan solusi ideal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa faktor yang paling penting berdasarkan hasil pembobotan adalah reliabilitas ketepatan waktu dimana moda transportasi yang optimum adalah menggunakan airfreight yang diikuti multimoda ocean + rail, kemudian multimoda ocean + truck secara berurutan. Dampak biaya pada perusahaan akan sangat tinggi, sehingga untuk mengurangi freight cost, dapat dilakukan dua moda transportasi terpisah yaitu airfreight dan multimoda ocean + rail menggunakan jalur timur (China).

One of the cigarette companies is trying to expand its market to Central Asian countries but faces challenges with incurring quite large logistics costs due to shipping using air transportation due to the geographical position of Central Asia which is surrounded by land. So, this study aims to identify the most efficient transportation mode and routing strategy for export shipments from Indonesia to Central Asia, along with a practical implementation plan for the selected mode. The research methodology uses Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of criteria and sub-criteria and Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) to rank alternatives based on their similarity to the ideal solution. Based on the results of the study, the most important factor based on the weighting results is the reliability of punctuality where the optimum mode of transportation is using airfreight followed by multimodal ocean + rail, then multimodal ocean + truck sequentially. The cost impact on the company will be very high, so to reduce freight costs, two separate modes of transportation can be used, namely airfreight and multimodal ocean + rail using the eastern route (China).
