Abstract

Dermaga PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal berperan penting dalam mendukung aktivitas ekspor dan impor kendaraan. Peningkatan volume ekspor dan impor kendaraan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir menuntut evaluasi terhadap kondisi struktur eksisting untuk memastikan dermaga tetap aman dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan operasional. Struktur eksisting menunjukkan adanya korosi pada sheet pile baja yang berpotensi menurunkan kekuatannya. Selain itu, dalam rencana pengembangan terbaru, kapasitas bollard akan ditingkatkan menjadi 100 ton dan dilakukan dredging hingga kedalaman -13 m untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional kapal yang lebih besar. Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh korosi pada sheet pile dermaga, peningkatan kapasitas bollard, dan dredging terhadap stabilitas struktur dermaga. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan data tanah hasil uji Standard Penetration Test (SPT), perhitungan korosi, serta evaluasi stabilitas sheet pile terhadap kondisi eksisting dan pengembangan dermaga. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa laju korosi sebesar 0.125 mm/tahun selama 20 tahun menyebabkan penurunan section modulus sheet pile dari 3820 cm^3/m menjadi 3409.8 cm^3/m. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, kondisi eksisting dengan kedalaman -9 m dan -12 m serta gaya tarik bollard 50 ton memenuhi kriteria stabilitas. Namun, pada kondisi pengembangan dengan dilakukan dredging hingga kedalaman -13 m dan peningkatan kapasitas bollard menjadi 100 ton, struktur dermaga tidak memenuhi kriteria stabilitas karena nilai safety factor kurang dari 1.5. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemasangan sheet pile tambahan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dermaga terhadap pengaruh dredging dan peningkatan gaya tarik bollard.

The wharf of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal plays an important role in supporting vehicle export and import activities. The increase in vehicle export and import volumes in recent years requires an evaluation of the existing structural condition to ensure that the wharf remains safe and capable of meeting operational demands. The existing structure shows signs of corrosion in the steel sheet piles, which may reduce their structural capacity. In addition, under the latest development plan, the bollard capacity will be increased to 100 tons, and dredging will be carried out to a depth of -13 m to accommodate the operational requirements of larger vessels. This Final Project was conducted to evaluate the effects of sheet pile corrosion, increased bollard capacity, and dredging on the stability of the wharf structure. The analysis was performed based on soil data obtained from Standard Penetration Test (SPT) results, corrosion calculations, and stability evaluations of the sheet piles under both the existing and proposed development conditions. The analysis results indicate that a corrosion rate of 0.125 mm/year over a period of 20 years reduces the sheet pile section modulus from 3,820 cm³/m to 3,409.8 cm³/m. Based on the calculations performed, the existing conditions with dredging depths of -9 m and -12 m and a bollard pull force of 50 tons satisfy the stability criteria. However, under the proposed development condition involving dredging to a depth of -13 m and an increase in bollard capacity to 100 tons, the wharf structure does not satisfy the stability criteria, as the safety factor is less than 1.5. Therefore, the installation of additional sheet piles is required to improve the stability of the wharf against the effects of dredging and the increased bollard pull force.
