Abstract

Perkembangan regulasi dan kebutuhan operasional fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan mendorong pentingnya penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) yang mampu mendukung integrasi data dan kelancaran proses pelayanan. SIMKES Khanza merupakan salah satu SIMRS open-source yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia, namun sebagian besar modulnya masih berbasis desktop sehingga membatasi fleksibilitas penggunaan lintas perangkat. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem hasil porting fitur manajemen operasi, manajemen laboratorium, dan skrining rawat jalan dari Modul A SIMKES Khanza berbasis desktop ke platform berbasis web. Metode penelitian mengikuti tahapan waterfall yang meliputi perumusan masalah, studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan sistem berdasarkan alur kerja operasional dan use case tiap fitur, perancangan desain, pembangunan, serta pengujian sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan CodeIgniter 4 dan Tailwind CSS, dengan PostgreSQL sebagai basis data yang diakses langsung oleh back-end tanpa lapisan API terpisah. Pengujian dilakukan melalui pengujian fungsional berdasarkan setiap use case, evaluasi kualitas kode menggunakan Mago, serta wawancara validasi bersama staf IT rumah sakit. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh use case berhasil dijalankan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional yang dirancang, kualitas struktur kode yang lebih baik dibandingkan arsitektur sebelumnya, serta tanggapan positif dari pengguna. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mendukung kebutuhan pelayanan secara lebih fleksibel dibandingkan versi desktop.

The development of regulations and operational needs of healthcare facilities has increased the importance of Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) capable of supporting data integration and smooth service processes. SIMKES Khanza is one of the open-source SIMRS widely used in Indonesia, yet most of its modules remain desktop-based, limiting flexibility across devices. This research designs and builds a system resulting from the porting of surgery management, laboratory management, and outpatient screening features from Module A of the desktop-based SIMKES Khanza to a web-based platform. The research method follows the waterfall stages, comprising problem formulation, literature review, system requirements analysis based on hospital operational workflows and use cases for each feature, design, development, and testing. The system was developed using CodeIgniter 4 and Tailwind CSS, with PostgreSQL as the database accessed directly by the back-end without a separate API layer. Testing was carried out through functional testing based on each use case, code quality evaluation using Mago, and validation interview with hospital IT staff. The results show that all use cases ran successfully in accordance with the designed functional requirements, the code structure quality was better than the previous architecture, and users responded positively. The resulting system is able to support service needs more flexibly compared to the desktop version.
