Abstract
Data akademik pascasarjana yang kompleks di Departemen Sistem Informasi ITS, mencakup riwayat studi, skor TOEFL, dan publikasi ilmiah, saat ini masih terfragmentasi pada beberapa spreadsheet dan sistem transaksional terpisah. Kondisi yang tidak terintegrasi ini menghambat Kepala Program Studi (Kaprodi) dalam memantau performa mahasiswa secara holistik, mendeteksi keterlambatan kelulusan, serta mengidentifikasi mahasiswa yang berisiko putus studi (drop out) secara dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Business Intelligence berupa Data Warehouse dan Dashboard Monitoring akademik khusus untuk program Pascasarjana (S2 dan S3) SI ITS. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Kimball Nine-Step dengan pemodelan data Galaxy Schema yang terdiri dari tiga tabel dimensi dan dua tabel fakta. Proses Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) dibangun menggunakan Pentaho Data Integration untuk mengintegrasikan data dari file Excel ke dalam database MySQL, yang selanjutnya divisualisasikan menggunakan Microsoft Power BI. Dasbor ini menyajikan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) utama seperti rata-rata IPK, status kelolosan TOEFL, serta sebaran publikasi ilmiah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem Business Intelligence terintegrasi yang secara faktual memfasilitasi Kaprodi dalam memantau performa mahasiswa secara komprehensif. Ketersediaan dashboard interaktif ini mengeksekusi konsolidasi data yang sebelumnya terfragmentasi, sehingga manajemen program studi dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data secara cepat dan akurat untuk evaluasi kelulusan tepat waktu (On-Time Graduation).

Complex postgraduate academic data in the Information Systems Department at ITS, encompassing study history, TOEFL scores, and scientific publications, is currently fragmented across multiple spreadsheets and transactional systems. This unintegrated condition hinders the Head of Study Program (Kaprodi) from monitoring student performance holistically, detecting study delays, and identifying students at risk of dropping out early. This study aims to design and implement a Business Intelligence system consisting of a Data Warehouse and an Academic Monitoring Dashboard specifically for the Information Systems Postgraduate Program (Master's and Doctoral) at ITS. The methodology employed is the Kimball Nine-Step method with Galaxy Schema data modeling, comprising three dimension tables and two fact tables. The Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline uses Pentaho Data Integration to integrate data from Excel files into a MySQL database, which is then visualized using Microsoft Power BI. The dashboard presents key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average GPA, TOEFL compliance, and scientific publication distribution. This research produces an integrated Business Intelligence system that factually facilitates the Head of Study Program in comprehensively monitoring student performance. The availability of this interactive dashboard executes the consolidation of previously fragmented data, enabling study program management to make fast and accurate data-driven strategic decisions for evaluating on-time graduation.
