Abstract
PT Pupuk Sriwidjaya merupakan perusahaan dengan kebutuhan daya listrik besar yang dipasok oleh kombinasi Steam Turbine Generator (STG), Gas Turbine Generator (GTG), dan suplai tambahan dari PLN. Integrasi beberapa sumber daya ini membuat sistem rentan terhadap gangguan luar yang dapat memicu ketidakstabilan transien berupa perubahan frekuensi, tegangan, serta daya aktif dan reaktif, hingga berpotensi menyebabkan trip pembangkit dan blackout. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas defense scheme pada sistem kelistrikan PT Pupuk Sriwidjaya dalam menghadapi berbagai skenario gangguan luar serta menyusun usulan skema pertahanan yang lebih andal. Sistem kelistrikan dimodelkan dalam bentuk single line diagram menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP, kemudian dilakukan simulasi aliran daya, studi kestabilan transien, serta analisis proteksi dan koordinasi. Respon frekuensi, tegangan, daya aktif, dan daya reaktif dianalisis mengacu pada standar ANSI/IEEE untuk menilai kinerja skema eksisting dan rancangan skema pelepasan beban (load shedding) berbasis under frequency relay (UFR) dan skema status. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah rancangan defense scheme yang mampu menjaga parameter sistem tetap berada dalam batas operasi yang diizinkan, meminimalkan besarnya beban yang harus dilepas, serta mengurangi risiko blackout pada sistem kelistrikan PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaya.

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaya is a company with large electrical power needs supplied by a combination of Steam Turbine Generator (STG), Gas Turbine Generator (GTG), and additional supply from PLN. The integration of these multiple resources makes the system vulnerable to external disturbances that can trigger transient instability in the form of changes in frequency, voltage, and active and reactive power, potentially causing generator trips and blackouts. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of defense schemes in the PT Pupuk Sriwidjaya electrical system in facing various external disturbance scenarios and to propose a more reliable defense scheme. The electrical system is modeled in the form of a single line diagram using ETAP software, then power flow simulations, transient stability studies, and protection and coordination analyses are carried out. Frequency response, voltage, active power, and reactive power are analyzed referring to ANSI/IEEE standards to assess the performance of the existing scheme and the design of the load shedding scheme based on under frequency relay (UFR) and status schemes. The expected result is a defense scheme design that is able to maintain system parameters within permitted operating limits, minimize the amount of load that must be removed, and reduce the risk of blackouts in the PT.
