Abstract

Transformasi digital pada rantai pasok dingin menjadi kebutuhan strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan, khususnya pada industri makanan beku. Namun, implementasinya di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan integrasi sistem, termasuk yang dialami oleh PT Rich Products Manufacturing Indonesia (PT RPMI). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi implementasi yang mampu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor prioritas dalam adopsi teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat antar faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi digital pada rantai pasok dingin PT RPMI serta mengidentifikasi faktor penggerak utama dan faktor terdampak dalam sistem. Metode Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) digunakan berdasarkan penilaian sepuluh pakar terhadap 23 faktor yang dikelompokkan ke dalam lima dimensi, yaitu teknologi, organisasi, proses, efisiensi operasional, dan keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Top Management Support merupakan faktor penggerak utama (driving factor) dengan nilai relation (D−R= +1,2910), sedangkan ERP–MES–WMS–TMS Integration merupakan faktor paling dominan dengan nilai prominence (D+R = 6,9276). Faktor strategis lainnya meliputi Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, ICT Infrastructure, Cross-functional Collaboration, IoT-based Temperature and Humidity Monitoring, serta Human Resource Competency and Training. Sebaliknya, Operational Efficiency dan Sustainability merupakan faktor terdampak (effect group), yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja operasional dan keberlanjutan merupakan hasil dari interaksi faktor organisasi, teknologi, dan proses. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi transformasi digital secara bertahap dengan memprioritaskan penguatan dukungan manajemen puncak, kompetensi SDM, dan infrastruktur TIK sebagai fondasi transformasi, dilanjutkan dengan penguatan kolaborasi lintas fungsi, integrasi ERP–MES–WMS–TMS, serta penerapan IoT, Data Analytics, dan Artificial Intelligence untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan rantai pasok dingin. Secara akademis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian adopsi teknologi digital melalui penyajian model hubungan kausal antar faktor menggunakan pendekatan DEMATEL

Digital transformation in cold supply chains has become a strategic necessity for improving operational efficiency and sustainability, particularly in the frozen food industry. However, its implementation in Indonesia continues to face several challenges, including limited infrastructure, insufficient human resource competencies, and inadequate system integration, as experienced by PT Rich Products Manufacturing Indonesia (PT RPMI). Therefore, an implementation strategy is required to identify the priority factors influencing digital technology adoption. This study aims to analyze the causal relationships among the factors affecting digital technology adoption in the cold supply chain of PT RPMI and to identify the key driving and influenced factors within the system. The Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method was employed based on the assessments of ten experts covering 23 factors classified into five dimensions: technology, organization, process, operational efficiency, and sustainability. The results indicate that Top Management Support is the primary driving factor, with the highest relation value (D−R = +1.2910), while ERP–MES–WMS–TMS Integration is the most dominant factor in the system, exhibiting the highest prominence value (D+R = 6.9276). Other strategic factors include Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI), ICT Infrastructure, Cross-functional Collaboration, IoT-based Temperature and Humidity Monitoring, and Human Resource Competency and Training. In contrast, Operational Efficiency and Sustainability belong to the effect group, indicating that improvements in operational performance and sustainability are achieved through the interaction of organizational, technological, and process-related factors. Based on these findings, this study recommends a phased digital transformation strategy that prioritizes strengthening top management support, human resource competency, and ICT infrastructure as the foundation for digital transformation, followed by enhancing cross-functional collaboration, integrating ERP–MES–WMS–TMS systems, and implementing IoT, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to improve operational efficiency and cold supply chain sustainability. Academically, this study contributes to the digital technology adoption literature by proposing an integrated causal relationship model among organizational, technological, and process factors using the DEMATEL approach.
