Abstract

Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan (Fasyankes) memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk mendukung proses administrasi dan operasional pelayanan kesehatan, dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kesehatan (SIMKES) yang mampu mengelola data dan informasi secara efisien. Salah satu SIMKES yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah SIMKES Khanza, sistem berbasis desktop dengan lisensi terbuka (open-source) yang dikembangkan oleh Yayasan Simrs Khanza Indonesia (YASKI). Meskipun memiliki banyak modul yang mencakup berbagai aspek pelayanan kesehatan, implementasi SIMKES Khanza masih terbatas karena hanya dapat dijalankan pada platform desktop, sehingga membatasi fleksibilitas dan aksesibilitas pengguna di berbagai Fasyankes. Keterbatasan tersebut mendorong berbagai penelitian pengembangan, salah satunya dalam upaya memindahkan sistem ke platform web agar dapat diakses secara lebih luas. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan porting SIMKES Khanza menjadi berbasis web, khususnya pada modul Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD) dan Triase Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini meliputi perumusan masalah, studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan desain sistem, pembangunan sistem, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi manajemen kesehatan berbasis web dengan fitur layanan unit transfusi darah, yang mencakup pengelolaan donor darah, penyerahan darah, serta pencatatan Bahan Habis Pakai (BHP) transfusi, dan fitur triase UGD.

Healthcare Facilities (Fasyankes) play a crucial role in supporting the improvement of the quality of public health services. To support the administrative and operational processes of health services, a Health Management Information System (SIMKES) capable of efficiently managing data and information is required. One of the SIMKES widely used in Indonesia is SIMKES Khanza, a desktop-based system with an open-source license developed by the Simrs Khanza Indonesia Foundation (YASKI). Despite its numerous modules covering various aspects of health services, the implementation of SIMKES Khanza is still limited because it can only be run on a desktop platform, thus limiting flexibility and user accessibility across various Fasyankes. This limitation has prompted various development research, one of which is an effort to move the system to a web platform for wider access. In line with this, this research aims to port SIMKES Khanza to a web-based system, specifically the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) and Emergency Unit Triage (UGD) modules. The methods used in this final project include problem formulation, literature study, system requirements analysis, system design, system development, and system testing. The results of this final project is a web-based health management information system with blood transfusion unit service features, which include blood donor management, blood delivery, and recording of transfusion consumables (BHP), and an emergency department triage feature.
