Abstract

Transformasi digital di bidang kesehatan mendorong rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). RSUD dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam pelayanan rawat inap akibat proses dokumentasi yang sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan pelayanan, pencatatan berulang (double entry), dan kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi pasien secara cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan SIMRS berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel untuk mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan rawat inap di rumah sakit tersebut.
Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile Development dengan framework Laravel dan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Sistem yang dikembangkan meliputi modul pengkajian awal, Catatan Perkembangan Pasien Terintegrasi (CPPT), observasi tanda vital, instruksi medis, Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR), resume medis, ringkasan keluar, arsip rekam medis, dashboard rawat inap, serta mekanisme Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) dan audit trail. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing, Time-Motion Study, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dan wawancara pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional. Implementasi sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dokumentasi dengan penghematan waktu terbesar pada proses penelusuran riwayat pasien sebesar 66,67%, transkripsi instruksi medis sebesar 57,14%, dan penyusunan jadwal pemberian obat sebesar 50,00% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Selain itu, hasil UAT memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,50 dengan kategori Sangat Baik, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, SIMRS yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung integrasi dokumentasi pelayanan rawat inap, mengurangi pencatatan berulang (double entry), serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses dokumentasi klinis.

Digital transformation in healthcare has encouraged hospitals to improve service efficiency through the implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS). Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Regional General Hospital, Mojokerto, still faces challenges in inpatient services due to predominantly manual documentation processes, leading to service delays, duplicate documentation (double entry), and difficulties in accessing patient information efficiently. This study aims to develop a web-based Hospital Management Information System using the Laravel framework to support the digitalization of inpatient services.
The system was developed using the Agile Development method with the Laravel framework and the Model–View–Controller (MVC) architecture. The developed system includes modules for initial patient assessment, Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT), vital signs observation, medical orders, Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR), medical discharge summary, discharge summary, medical record archiving, inpatient dashboard, as well as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and audit trail mechanisms. System evaluation was conducted through Black Box Testing, Time-Motion Study, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user interviews.
The results showed that all system functions operated according to the specified functional requirements. The implementation improved documentation efficiency, with the highest time savings achieved in retrieving patient clinical records (66.67%), transcribing medical orders (57.14%), and generating medication schedules (50.00%) compared with conventional workflows. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Testing achieved an average score of 4.50, categorized as Excellent, indicating that the system was well accepted by users. Overall, the developed HMIS supports integrated inpatient documentation, reduces duplicate documentation (double entry), and improves the efficiency of clinical documentation processes.
