Abstract

berbeda antar wilayah. Hal ini menggambarkan adanya efek heterogenitas spasial
antar wilayah. Pengembangan model regresi yang memperhatikan faktor
heterogenitas spasial yaitu regresi dengan pembobotan geografi (Geographically
Weighted Regression).
Negatif Bivariat maka pengembangannya menjadi Geographically Weighted
Negative Binomial Bivariate Regression (GWNBBR).
mempengaruhinya. Penaksiran parameter dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode
Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) melalui iterasi Newton-Raphson.

Regression binomial negative is a solution to overcome overdispersi in regression
poisson. Regression negative binomial will yield model is global, that apply to all
areas where the taken. In fact, geography, cultural social and economy will
certainly similar across all areas. What this demonstrates the effect heterogenitas
spatial between regions. Development model regression who see factors
heterogeneity spatial namely Geographically Weighted Regression. By giving
weighting based on position or a distance of one areas observation to the region
observation other so model gwr will produce model local different in every
area.Next, if variable response subjects follow the binomial distribution negative
bivariat so its development be Geographically Weighted Negative Binomial
Bivariate Regression (GWNBBR). In this study model regression uses the
GWNBBR to be applied to modeling maternal mortality and infant mortality
factors influence it. Estimation parameter done use Maximum Likelihood
Estimation (MLE) method with Newton-Raphson iteration. Testing hypotheses
use Maximum Likelihood Ratio Test. the analysis shows that the modeling
GWNBBR produce parameters localized, this can be seen from the different
predictor variables are significant for each disttrict/cities in East Java.
