Abstract

pengelasan terutama sambungan las yang digunakan untuk
memperkuat rangka suatu bangunan. Suatu ketika terjadi
spesimen suhu 700°C yaitu 2.66mm. Sedangkan struktur mikro

In the world of construction is always never be separated
from the world, especially welding weld joints that are used to
strengthen the framework of a building. Once there is a fire with a
temperature of 700 ° C and 900 ° C which caused the initial
connection is broken, to address these issues many ways done, eg
welding welded joints damaged back with new material that is not
affected by the fires. The material is often used in construction, for
example, namely steel SA36.
From this research will compare the tensile strength,
hardness as well as the macro and micro structure of steel SA36
after a fire at a temperature of 700 ° C and 900 ° C which are
connected with steel SA36 unburned through SMAW welding using
a filler E7016 2.6mm diameter and electric current 90A. Testing
performed the tensile test, hardness test and metallography test.
From the results, the fault line in the base metal that has
been affected by the fires. SA36 burned steel with a temperature of
700 ° C has a tensile stress that is 498.85 MPa greater than 900 °
C which is worth 492 535 MPa. For the hardness of specimens
after burning is lower than the specimen is not burned. After a fire,
the base metal experienced a decline in value that is 81.5 HRB
hardness for the base metal that is not burned to 77.9 HRB for the
fire temperature of 700 ° C and 76.7 HRB for the fire temperature
of 900 ° C. The width of the average - average show HAZ
specimens wider at a temperature of 700 ° C is 2.66mm. While
there are only a micro-structure ferrite and pearlite.
