Abstract

PT Pupuk Indonesia Utilitas – Gresik Gas Cogeneration Plant (GGCP) mengoperasikan unit Water Treatment Package (WTP) dan Waste Water Treatment Package (WWTP) untuk mengolah air baku dan air limbah produksi. Karena belum terdapat dokumen resmi terkait analisis kegagalan dan tingkat kekritisan peralatan pada kedua unit tersebut, dilakukan analisis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Equipment Criticality Rating (ECR) pada field instrument dan control system melalui studi literatur, identifikasi alur proses, serta pengamatan langsung di Central Control Room (CCR) dan Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). Hasil analisis ECR menunjukkan tingkat kekritisan pada Unit WTP terdiri dari 9 peralatan high, 47 medium, dan 203 low dari 259 field instrument, serta seluruh 8 control system tergolong high, sedangkan pada Unit WWTP terdapat 3 peralatan high, 14 medium, dan 22 low dari 39 field instrument, serta seluruh 4 control system tergolong high, sehingga menjadi dasar penentuan prioritas strategi pemeliharaan peralatan pada kedua unit.

PT Pupuk Indonesia Utilitas – Gresik Gas Cogeneration Plant (GGCP) operates a Water Treatment Package (WTP) and a Wastewater Treatment Package (WWTP) to treat raw water and production wastewater. Since there are no official documents regarding failure analysis and equipment criticality ratings for these two units, a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Equipment Criticality Rating (ECR) were conducted on field instruments and the control system through literature reviews, process flow identification, and direct observations in the Central Control Room (CCR) and via the Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). The ECR analysis results show that the criticality levels in the WTP Unit consist of 9 high, 47 medium, and 203 low-criticality pieces of equipment out of 259 field instruments, and all 8 control systems are classified as high, whereas in the WWTP Unit, there are 3 high-criticality devices, 14 medium-criticality devices, and 22 low-criticality devices out of 39 field instruments, and all 4 control systems are classified as high-criticality. These findings serve as the basis for determining the priority of equipment maintenance strategies for both units.
