Abstract
Saat ini, PT X belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja gudang yang terstruktur, sehingga evaluasi terhadap efisiensi operasional gudang arsip inaktif belum dapat dilakukan secara objektif. Penerapan sistem pengukuran kinerja penting untuk segera dilakukan untuk memetakan kondisi actual operasional sekaligus mengantisipasi potensi munculnya permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja gudang arsip inaktif PT X menggunakan metode Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (WKPI). Proses screening terhadap 41 indikator WKPI menghasilkan 9 indikator yang sesuai dengan operasional gudang serta satu indikator usulan, yaitu retention disposition timeliness. Pembobotan indikator dilakukan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), sedangkan pengukuran kinerja dilakukan menggunakan Scoring System Snorm De Boer. Selanjutnya, Traffic Light System (TLS) digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat pencapaian kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi quality memiliki bobot tertinggi dibandingkan dimensi lainnya. Pengukuran kinerja menghasilkan nilai rata-rata kinerja gudang sebesar 85,71%, yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja gudang arsip inaktif PT X secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik. Namun, hasil TLS menunjukkan masih terdapat indikator berkategori merah, yaitu order picking time dan order lead time, yang perlu rekomendasi perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab permasalahan sebagai dasar penyusunan usulan perbaikan. Usulan perbaikan yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional gudang arsip inaktif PT X.

Currently, PT X lacks a structured warehouse performance measurement system, making it impossible to objectively evaluate the operational efficiency of its inactive archive warehouse. Implementing a performance measurement system is crucial and urgent to map actual operational conditions and anticipate potential issues. This study aims to measure the performance of PT X’s inactive archive warehouse using the Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (WKPI) method. A screening process was conducted on 41 WKPI indicators, resulting in 9 indicators that were considered relevant to the warehouse operations, along with one additional proposed indicator, namely retention disposition timeliness. The indicators were weighted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), while warehouse performance was measured using the Snorm De Boer Scoring System. Furthermore, the Traffic Light System (TLS) was employed to classify the level of performance achievement. The results indicate that the quality dimension obtained the highest weight among all dimensions. The performance measurement generated an average warehouse performance score of 85.71%, indicating that the overall performance of PT X’s inactive archive warehouse was satisfactory. However, the TLS analysis revealed that order picking time and order lead time remained in the red category, indicating the need for performance improvement. Therefore, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) was conducted to identify the underlying causes of the performance gaps and to formulate improvement recommendations. The proposed improvements are expected to enhance the operational performance of the inactive archive warehouse and support more effective archive management practices.
