Abstract
Gedung KPP Pratama Genteng akan melakukan peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan publik dengan merencaakan penambahan ruang yaitu ruang penyuluhan dan ruang Gudang arsip. Gedung eksisting yang pada awalnya memiliki jumlah 5 lantai akan direncanakan adanya penambahan lantai menjadi 8 lantai. Keterbatasan lahan pada lokasi gedung menyebabkan penambahan ruangan secara horizontal tidak dapat dilakukan, sehingga dipilih alternatif solusi yaitu penambahan lantai. Penambahan lantai direncanakan menggunakan struktur baja dikarenakan struktur baja dipilih karena memiliki berat yang lebih ringan dibandingkan beton bertulang sehingga dapat mengurangi beban tambahan pada struktur eksisting serta memiliki waktu pelaksanaan konstruksi yang lebih singkat.
Evaluasi struktur eksisting terdiri dari evaluasi kapasitas elemen struktur bawah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap elemen struktur atas akibat penambahan lantai. Dalam menentukan jumlah maksimal penambahan lantai, perlu dilakukan iterasi pemodelan penambahan setiap 1 lantai hingga 3 lantai untuk mengetahui kapasitas pondasi eksisting maksimum. Akibat penambahan jumlah lantai, terdapat beberapa elemen struktur yang mengalami penurunan kapasitas struktur, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perkuatan struktur untuk meningkatkan kapasitas elemen struktur tersebut. Metode perkuatan yang digunakan adalah Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) karena memiliki kuat tarik yang tinggi, material yang ringan, tahan terhadap korosi, serta mudah dalam metode pelaksanaannya.
Hasil perencanaan struktur penambahan lantai menggunakan struktur baja, didapatkan tebal plat bondeks 10 cm, dimensi balok anak WF 350 x 175 x 7 x 11, dimensi balok induk WF 400 x 200 x 8 x 13, dan dimensi kolom HB 400 x 400 x 13 x 21. Perencanaan sambungan antara kolom eksisting dengan kolom rencana menggunakan angkur konvensional dengan cara melakukan proses pembobokan pada kolom eksisting, lalu dilanjutkan dengan proses pengecoran ulang antara kolom eksisting dengan angkur. Setelah dilakukan penambahan lantai, terdapat beberapa elemen balok yang membutuhkan perkuatan geser menggunakan CFRP Sika Wrap 231C. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk melakukan perkuatan struktur pada Gedung KPP Pratama Genteng adalah sebesar Rp 1,772,652,557.00 dan biaya untuk melakukan penambahan lantai pada Gedung KPP Pratama Genteng sebesar Rp 10,333,346,685.00 ====================================================================================================================================
Genteng Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Genteng) plans to improve its public service facilities by adding new functional spaces, namely a counseling room and an archive storage room. The existing building, which originally consists of five stories, is planned to be expanded into an eight-story building. Due to the limited land available at the project site, horizontal expansion is not feasible; therefore, vertical expansion through the addition of floors was selected as the most appropriate solution. The additional floors are designed using a steel structural system because steel has a lower self-weight than reinforced concrete, thereby reducing the additional loads imposed on the existing structure while also providing a shorter construction period.
The evaluation of the existing structure begins with an assessment of the substructure capacity, followed by an evaluation of the superstructure subjected to the additional floors. To determine the maximum feasible number of additional floors, an iterative structural analysis was carried out by incrementally adding one, two, and three stories to identify the maximum load-bearing capacity of the existing foundation. The additional stories reduce the capacity of several structural members; therefore, structural strengthening is required to restore or enhance their load-carrying capacity. The strengthening method adopted in this study is Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) due to its high tensile strength, lightweight characteristics, excellent corrosion resistance, and ease of installation.
The structural design of the additional floors using a steel structural system resulted in a 100 mm composite slab with bondek steel decking, secondary beams using WF 350 × 175 × 7 × 11 sections, primary beams using WF 400 × 200 × 8 × 13 sections, and columns using HB 400 × 400 × 13 × 21 sections. The connection between the existing columns and the proposed steel columns was designed using conventional anchor bolts by chipping the existing concrete columns, installing the anchors, and subsequently recasting the connection zone with new concrete. After the floor addition, several beam members required shear strengthening using SikaWrap®-231 C CFRP. The estimated cost of the structural strengthening works for the Genteng Primary Tax Office Building is Rp 1,772,652,557.00, while the estimated cost of the floor addition is Rp 10,333,346,685.00.
