Abstract

PT. Adiprima Buana Bakti masih menghadapi kendala dalam proses pemantauan dan pelaporan penggunaan energi listrik yang belum terintegrasi secara real-time. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan sistem monitoring energi listrik berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan kWh Meter digital, Raspberry Pi 5, komunikasi Modbus RS485, dan protokol MQTT, sistem mampu membaca parameter kelistrikan seperti tegangan, arus, daya, frekuensi, faktor daya, dan energi listrik secara real-time. Data yang diperoleh ditampilkan pada dashboard monitoring, disimpan ke database MySQL, serta dapat diekspor ke format Excel dan dikirim secara otomatis melalui Gmail. Sistem juga mendukung monitoring tarif listrik berdasarkan kategori WBP dan LWBP. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses pemantauan, penyimpanan data historis, dan pembuatan laporan penggunaan energi listrik secara otomatis. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan energi listrik di PT. Adiprima Buana Bakti.
